The wedding day is near. Only a couple weeks and they'd be wedded. Kunikuzushi was beyond excited. A new chapter in his life is about to begin!
Invitations were sent all over the continent for other royal families and nobles to attend the wedding between Price Kunikuzushi of Inazuma and Prince Ajax of Snezhnaya.
Kunikuzushi was watching Mei practice her fighting moves as he usually does. In his eyes, his little moonlight is still just a little girl.
He remembered staying up with her just so she could sleep peacefully. He remembered the day she learned to crawl. Little Mei crawled to him even though their mother was closer.
She clings to him like glue. Anywhere he goes, you'll see her with him. And he isn't ready to leave her yet.
"What are you thinking about, doll?"
A familiar voice. A voice he has grown to love. Ajax's voice.
"Ah, nothing." He answered. "How was the meeting?" He asked and greeted Ajax with a smile.
Ajax's face turned sour as he wrapped his arm on the prince's waist. "Awful. I hated every second of it, all because of that blonde hag"
Kuni put a hand on top of his chest to give some comfort. Ajax gave a small smile.
"You know, if you need to blow off some steam....." Kunikuzushi's hand traveled up to Ajax's neck. He smirked and whispered into Ajax's ear. "I'm here for you~"
Ajax's eyes went dark. He licked his lips and his hand traveled to the prince's ass and massage it.
Mei saw the sight of her brother and his ginger fiance flirting. What were they saying? She doesnt know. What she does know is that damn ginger is stealing her brother's attention.
It was supposed to be on her! Without realising it, her grip on her spear tightened.
A loud snap was heard. They turned to the direction of the sound. Mei stood there with a spear she had just broke in two.
Her eyes were stone cold. But Kunikuzushi knows his sister. She is seething in anger.
She didn't say anything but drop the broken spear to the ground and silently left the training grounds.
"Geez, what's her problem?" Ajax said with a sigh.
Kunikuzushi couldn't help but feel guilty. He hadn't noticed he has been focusing on Ajax so much that he started neglecting his little sister.
He'll make it up to her. Soon.
Dinner time will be arriving soon. Kunikuzushi brushes his hair and braids it a little. Much like his aunt Makoto's hairstyle.
Ajax was on the bed sleeping soundly. No, they didn't end up having sex. Both him and Kunikuzushi lost the mood after Mei silently blew up.
Kunikuzushi decided to get ready a little early so he could go and make Mei's hair. Much like before Ajax came into their life.
"Ajax, I'm leaving now. Don't wait for me to go to dinner, alright?" The prince shook his fiance to wake him up a little.
Ajax hummed a reply. Kunikuzushi kissed his cheek and stood up, walking out of his room to go and join Mei.
He thought of how he's goin to say sorry and try to make a plan of what to do to make it up to her.
What if he buys her some things she likes? So far the only thing she likes is the training ground.
He sighed. She's just like Ajax.....
He stopped in front of Mei's door and knocked on it. "Moonlight? It's me"
He could hear footsteps walking over to door. It slides open seconds after. To his surprise, Mei wasn't the usual elegant, neat Mei.
No, her hair was extremely messy. It's like she rolled down a hill or some sort.
An image of little Mei rolling around like a little ball filled his mind and he wanted to laugh.
"Come, let's get you ready for dinner. Mother will have a heart attack if she sees your hair like this." She didn't say anything but still walked to her vanity and sat on the stool.
He grabbed the brush and put in some effort to seperate her tangled hair without hurting her.
He knows Mei is the type of person to not share her pain. So if something hurts her, she'll stay quiet.
After successfully separated her hair into three sections, he started to brush her hair gently.
While all this, Mei closed her eyes and let her brother do whatever with her hair.
It took a while but he finally got her hair to look straight.
He then started braiding her hair and now it looks just like her mother's hair.
He put the brush down and he put his hands on her shoulders. "There, you're ready, Moonlight."
"Thank you, brother" she thanked him.
"No problem, little Moon." He hugged her, Mei's body stiffened.
"What is with the sudden hug?" She asks. "Nothing, just wanted to hug you." He said. He kept hugging her though.
"Let's go to dinner now, Moonlight."
