Chapter -04

The broken girl💔

In mathura jail:

After sometime Vasudev came back with a baby girl in his arms making Devaki shocked.

Devaki : What happened? Your friend didn't agree?

Vasudev : No Devaki. He did agree. He gave away his newly born baby girl to me so that kansa don't doubt us. (He said crying as his friend sacrificed this much just for him.)

Devaki : Devaki was about to take the baby girl in her arms when our Aasha said

Aasha : Wow she's beautiful as well. What would you name her Kaki.

Devaki smiled at her and took the baby from Vasudev.

Aasha held the baby's hands and started to make her laugh by making funny expressions.

Just then voice of huge footsteps were heard.

Kansa : Where is the baby?
(He said with an angry expression.)

Aasha : Papa did you see the baby. She's so beautiful. It's my first time looking at an infant. See she's laughing.
(She said looking at the babygirl who's looking at her.)

Kansa : putri go from here. I have to talk to them alone.

Aasha : Fine. But let me take the baby with me. I will play with her and will return her back to kaki.

Kansa : Aasha I said go to your mother right now. No more questions.

Aasha : No papa. I want to play with her. You can talk to them some other time.
(She said while she looked at the baby with a smile.)

Kansa immediately hold her hand and was about to take her out when he heard her wince in pain.

Aasha : Baba you're hurting me.

Those words are enough for him to realize that in anger he was hurting his life- his daughter.

Kansa : Baby go from here.

(She stubbornly shook her head as no.)

Kansa immediately went to vasudev and tried to choke him.

Kansa : What did you said to my daughter huh.

Aasha : Papa w-what are you doing. He didn't said anything to me.

Kansa ignored her completely and took the babygirl from the arms of devaki and threw the girl towards the wall.

The three persons in the jail room heard a huge scream coming from Aasha.

Kansa turned around and started going towards her making her back off in fear.

Aasha : (My father is a murderer. His hands filled with blood made her realize he's not her father but a monster.)

Just then they heard a akashwani saying
" Oh cruel king of Mathura you can't kill me. The one who's gonna slay you is safe and will kill you soon ".

Kansa ignored the akashwani and started walking towards Aasha but she started shivering and fell unconscious.

Devaki and Vasudev felt bad for the 3 year old as she got to know about the real face of her father.

Aasha stopped speaking to everyone in the palace and stayed mute all the time. Her father begged her to talk to him. But she didn't even lifted her eyes to look at him. She would sometimes go and sleep in the lap of devaki. She would take care of them. She would bring them food. And her hatred towards her father increased when she saw him abusing her mother.
