Few days after the death of Kansa, Aasha wanted to roam around the kingdom as she was bored in the palace and also want to forget the death of her father. So she and Krishna went on a horse ride into the streets of mathura.
They reached the market in the disguise of commeners. The market was filled with the aroma of food items. In between the laughter of the people suddenly there's a commotion.
Both Krishna and Aasha went to check what's the matter only to see a man beating his wife.
On seeing this Aasha remembered the day when her father was abusing her mother. She's getting angry looking at the scene.
Man : You women are not even equal to the dirt on my foot. And you are asking me why I want money. Even if you earn for the family that's my money you lowly slu-(Before he could complete his words someone slapped him so hard that he fell down on ground. He's feeling dizzy due to the impact. His nose is bleeding as well.)
Aasha was about to beat him again when Krishna stopped her.
The people around just became still due to shock. Because this is a rare scene. A woman raising her hands is not common in Aaryavart.
Woman(That man's wife) : How dare you beat my husband. (She got up while wiping her tears.)
Aasha : Oh sorry I forgot to slap you. Because you are the one who encouraged him to abuse you. The main culprit was you. (She said and raised her hand to slap her but stopped midway.)
The lady closed her eyes to feel the impact but didn't felt anything so she opened her eyes.
Aasha : Another time if you don't hit your husband back when he beats you unreasonably I will bury you both Six feet under the ground. (She said with her eyes turning red making everyone out there to fear her.)
Aasha turned around and walked away without saying anything more.
