Chapter -03

The Kansputri 👑

After 1 year:

In Mathura:

A women is seen going in labour. Her scrutinizing screams are breaking the heart of a man outside. Finally after few minutes the majestic royal room is filled with a baby's cry.

Kansa : Rajvaidya How is my wife. Is she alright?

If you don't know asthi and prapthi are the daughters of Magadhraj Jarasandha. Later they got married to Kansa. In which prapthi is no more as she died while going into labour when she was pregnant with her 7th child.

Vaidhya : Yes maharaj. She's alright and you've became the father of a girl. Congratulations.
(The evil and cruel king of mathura's eyes filled with tears of joy.)

Love is indeed very confusing isn't it. He will make even a cruel man who only know how to kill people to kneel and make their loved ones happy.

Kansa went into the Royal bedroom and looked at his newly born daughter. He immediately lifted her in his arms and kissed her head.

Asthi : Aarya won't you name our daughter? (She said smiling weakly at her husband.)

Kansa : Haa!! Asthi. She's so beautiful. She came into my life like a light. Just like mata seeta came to mithila like a ray of hope. So I name my daughter as "Aasha". She would be called as "seetha" of mathura.

In Mahendragiri parvat:

A 1 year old kid is seen trying to stand on his legs.

Dharini : putr that's enough for today. Stop doing that. You'll get hurt. Come to your maa.
(She said opening her arms so that she could lift him.)

Karn(Harsha) : M-a aaayiiii ssnsb sna sa
(He is trying to talk but were only able to talk gibberish.)

Dharini : Aarya did you heard that, he called me maa. (She said smiling widely at the infant.)

Parashuram : Dharini you are spoiling him. Let him learn how to walk.
(He said getting up from his meditating posture.)

Our Harsha who got to know his papa coming towards him giggled and started walking towards him. He hold his legs and started his gibberish again.

Parashuram lifted him up and kissed his forehead making the boy to giggle more.

Parshuram : See I told you. If you let him walk he'd be successful in no time. Look he's my son and he loves me more.
(He said while turning his smiley eyes towards his wife.)

Dharini : Haa haa Both father and son are so full of yourself. Anyways Aarya come I'll serve you dinner.

Just like that time started to flow. And now already 3 years went on from the birth of our Kansputri "Aasha".

In mathura's jail:

A middle aged man is seen helping his 9 month pregnant wife. There hands are tied with chains. Just then a small girl came into the jail while eating a ladoo.

Aasha : who are you two. And what are you doing in this dark room.(she said while going towards the couple with the plate full of ladoo.)

Vasudev : putri why did you came here. You are a princess and you can't be here. Go to your room now.

Aasha : No, first I asked the question. So you tell me. Wah! What is inside her stomach.
(She said trying to touch the belly of Devaki who rudely shrugged her hand away.)

Vasudev : Devaki It's not her fault. So please behave.

Devaki : Oh please don't tell me what to do and not to. This girl's father had killed my 6 sons. And you expect me to act like nothing happened in front of her.
(She said while her voice is breaking and she's controlling her sobs.)

(The most strongest women in the epic is not Draupadi not kunthi and not even Gandhari it's Devaki. She's the most unluckiest person. As she lost her 6 sons to her own blood brother kansa. She didn't even properly hugged them and tried to feed them that monster snatched her baby away and killed the few minutes baby by hitting his head to the wall cruelly. She saw that scene with her own eyes six times. Just imagine how traumatizing it would have been for her. But still she didn't lost hope. Her seventh Son was transferred to another woman's womb. And now she's having her 8th child. )

Aasha : (she started crying looking at the woman as she don't know what she's talking.) Why are you crying Kaki. Are you hungry. Here eat this ladoo.
(She forwarded her hand to feed her. But the lady was glaring at the 3 year old.)

Vasudev : Here give me I'll feed her myself. Stop crying now putri.

Aasha : But you didn't told me who you are. (She said while handing him the whole plate of ladoo.)

Devaki : Don't. I'm not hungry. And what if there is something mixed in this. I can't trust her and her so called father who was unfortunately my brother.

The words left from the mouth of the woman made Aasha speechless. She thought why would any brother would tie his sister's hands with chains and throw her in a jail.

Aasha was too innocent for this cruel world.

Her thoughts got interrupted by the screams of Devaki.

Aasha : W-what happened? Does her stomach hurts. Should I call the rajvaidhya.
(She said getting tensed for the lady.)

Vasudev : No putri you go from here. I'd handle her.

(But our stubborn girl stayed and helped the man in calming the lady who's going into labour now.)

After few hours-

Aasha got shocked hearing the sound of a crying baby. She didn't know that the lady was having a baby in her stomach. She got shocked looking at the newly born boy who's looking so beautiful. She cooed at his cuteness.

Aasha : Kaka he's so cute. Can I hold him. (She said with so much excitement that vasudev just sighed and gave her the baby.)

Vasudev : I don't know what to do now devaki. If he's here then kansa would kill him too. We have to take him somewhere without anyone knowing.

He just uttered this words the soldiers near the jail fallen down unconscious and the chains in vasudev's hands also fallen down.

Aasha looked at the boy while gasping and said.
Aasha : waah! You can do magic too. I like you already. Let's play together and prank everyone.
(She said making the kid giggle adorably.)

Devaki : This is the chance that God gave us aarya. Take him to your friend nanda and let him take care of our son.
(She said with her teary eyes and picking the baby up from the hands of aasha and hugged him crying her heart out.)

Aasha : Why are you talking about leaving him somewhere. You are his parents and he'd be with you right.
(She said while holding the baby's hands and asked them innocently. Vasudev just sighed and took the baby from devaki and started going from there.)

Aasha : Kaki why he's taking away the baby from you. How will I play with him now.

Devaki caressed the girl's hair and said nothing. Her eyes betraying her and are shedding tears uncontrollably.

Aasha hugged the woman and the woman burst out into tears.
