OMNISCIENT POV-

Watching Carmen interact with the little kids made Kevin feel a different type of way about Carmen as he knew if the time came for them to get married and have kids he doesn't need to worry about having issues when it came to looking after their kids.

Even seeing how Skyla was following behind her confirmed everything that was running through his head. For him he wanted to make Carmen his girlfriend so bad but he had to do it the right way.

He had to make sure that Carmen was suited to be in a relationship with him where she was comfortable enough to tell him about her past and what is holding her back. He doesn't want to get into a relationship with her and all of a sudden she acting different that'll put him off.

He wants to go through these stages and then make her his girl, he hopes Carmen can get comfortable with him within a certain time frame cause he wants nothing but to kiss up on her and do a whole bunch of different shit to her body.

Which is why he goes silent every time she sits on his lap, he has to act like he's been here before. So he was a little confused when she had told him that he couldn't grab on her ass cause she be sitting on his dick and stays acting like she ain't doing nothing.

He knew that Carmen really didn't care about him grabbing on her ass she just wanted to make it seem like they were taking it slow.

They was already passed a few stages and it showed from how they were both getting comfortable with each other as each day passed of them being together they slowly grew closer.

Somehow each time Kay tried to do something she would say that they weren't at a particular stage which made him feel like they would take a hundred steps back until she did something that would change his mind about how he felt.

Carmen sat further back on his lap and took out her phone to record a video of them to post on her IG story, "Kay look at the camera" she lifted up his head with him leaning forward to place a kiss real close to her lips "stop you scaring the hoes".

He smacked his lips and side eyed her no nigga should even be in her DMs or anything like that with Kevin posting her on his IG story even when they're not together, he'll just be sitting there reminiscing when they was around each other.

He doesn't care to show that he'll be missing her.

Camrin had walked back into the living room with a paper plate "y'all sang happy birthday and didn't think to come get us?" Kevin didn't care about it because he was with Carmen he didn't even remember that they were here for Skyla's birthday party.

Camrin shrugged his shoulders because he didn't even remember that they were both here since they stayed in the living room away from everyone else outside in the backyard.

"I'm gonna go say my goodbyes" Carmen got off Kevin's lap and made her way to Blovee's backyard where she him holding Skyla by the table she had did the kid's face paint on.

"You leaving?"

"Mhm".

"Preciate you for coming and what you did for Skyla".

"It's nothing, bye my beautiful princess" She leaned over and placed a kiss on her cheek, Skyla looked at Carmen with teary eyes before she started to pout.
