OMNISCIENT POV -

It has been months since Kevin got arrested and heard a word from him, his wasn't allowed any visitors so his mother couldn't even go to comfort her son through a tough time that he has to experience by himself.

Kevin didn't have any access to a telephone meaning he didn't have access to a proper lawyer and the one that they provided he knows that if lets the lawyer represent him in court, he's going to prison for a long, long time.

They questioned him day in and day out of the murder of Kylan Romain Davis and didn't get a peep out of him. He told them if he didn't have access to visitation nor the telephone he wasn't going to tell them a thing.

He knew cops weren't fair so he had play their game if they don't do something for him then whatever they needed to get wasn't going to happen. He wasn't going to play fair when they keeping in him in prison as a suspect.

He knew that didn't claim him to be a suspect as when they were in the interrogation room they did not use words that gave off he was just a suspect of the murder, he ain't never been so mad in his life and that didn't help his case because he was getting into fights with other inmates.

For him he woke up mad and went to bed mad, ever since they put those cuffs on him he's blocked out the outside world, where he keeps to himself especially in a place like this but because of it other inmates take advantage and try to tip him off.

And all that anger that he had inside of him wouldn't even be released because each time he puts his hands on somebody it gives him another reason to be mad, they gave you three strikes and all his strikes were up so he had spent three weeks in solitary confinement.

The little window to his prison door opened up with the guard that put him there standing outside, Kevin even wanted to beat the shit out the guard as this was the same guard that beat him black and blue with the baton during one of Kevin's first couple fights.

His body was so bruised, sore and marked up from each time the guard hit him from the prison that they have Kevin in nobody stopped the guard from damaging Kevin's body.

"Telephone" the guard showed him to the corner with the three telephones on the wall, Kevin walked up to one and dialled his mother's number in an instant. He could hear the recorded message from the prison letting his mom know that it was him on the phone.

"Kevin?" His mother called.

"Yea?" Hearing the sound of her son's voice she began to cry her heart out and he couldn't even tell his mom comforting words because he was being timed "ma I need you to call my manager and he'll already know what to do. Just tell him I called aight?"

It took her a minute to answer but each minute for him meant something "yes okay. You get visitation?"

"Ion know if I do I'll call you" Kevin hung up the phone and turned around to find two other guards.

"Hands behind your back" they ordered, as Kevin moved to put his hands behind his back; his back, shoulders and arms erupted in immense pain but he couldn't show it "turn around" another order that Kevin followed.

The guard tightened the cuffs on him and placed his hand on his shoulder to guide him back to the main part of the prison. Just when he thought they were taking him back to his cell, they took him to another room with two officers and a detective standing in the corner of the room.
