20 years ago, the island of wolves known as  fang's island. 12 miles northeast from the northern village, where the members of the silver lotus pack are struggling against the pitch black great serpent. The strongest beast outside the forbidden zone nickname the king of the forest. The warriors falls on their back one after the other due to the 10 meter, 30 foot long snake brushing his massive black scale covered body across the battlefield so not to be killed by these savages who came of its head without warning as it was only taking a midday nap.

Anger to think that anyone would dare to enter its territory for its head. The great serpent, it is not willing to let any of the silver  hair bastard escape without tasting it wrath.  Lucky for it, it was getting a bit hungry after a early wake up. So filling its stomach with those who dare try to take its life will suffice.  Saving it the trouble of going out to hunt. Charging towards one of the silver lotus warrior with is jaw wide open ready to take it first meal. The others members attack with spears and arrows, trying their best to not let one of their own enter the belly of the beast.

But to no vale, the jet black scale of the serpent is way too tough, not leaving a single scratch on his body. The monsterous viper focus only on the young flesh of his prey right in front of it scarlet blood eyes. Staring the beast in the eyes, the young warrior felt frozen like being nail down to the ground unable to move. Only to watch as death lurk over his body. With his surrounding all shrouded in red mist which hides the presence of his screaming comrades trying to aid in saving his young life.

The dripping vemon of the serpent saliva burn the very ground lay underneath. blood Under some illusion thinking only about his death. The young warrior picture himself been burnt by such vemon. He could see his flesh already corroded from the acid all the way through his skin and down to his bone. Not able to hold back its appetite once its prey is showing such fear before being eaten, the serpent did just that and gobble up the warrior in one bit. Are so it though if it wasn't for the brave rescue for the one who will be  next in line to become silver lotus alpha.

" Alec!!" Everyone shouted the warrior name once he start showing off. Expect nothing less from the next alpha of the great silver lotus pack.

" Alec you really save me," the frightening warrior cried.

With a sense of true leadership, a man worth following, Alec screams to his batter and beaten brothers and sisters.

" The fight is not over yet. We will not be trampled by this overgrown reptile!"

Raising his spear to the sky, he order his men to follow him so that no man will be bury here tonight.

" We own the night as we are the proud master of the night!"

A loud battlecry follow after, which then lead into a celebration victory banquet in the northern village square. The main course, the meat of the great serpent with the head cut off from the body busy being roasted over the large fire suitable for cooking its massive sizee

With all residents of the northern village invited, there is no shortage of entertainment as they honor the man of the hour himself, Alec, the great successor of the silver lotus pack.

With one of elder of village coming up to pat Wayne himself on the shoulder for producing such a fine warrior like his son.

" To think on his first try, he was able to subdue the king of the forest without any casualty," the elder commented.

Wayne remember back on his first time fighting the great serpent back when he was in the same position as his son is now. It took him several attempt to make it possible with a few casualty, but his son at the same age as him back then. Only 20 years of age, manages to do it without losing a simple member of his pack on his first try.

" My boy is really something," Wayne could help but to crack a smile from his son achievements. The expression of a proud father is visible.

Miss lulu, Wayne's wife and Alec's mother pours her husband a drink seeing his empty cup, shedding light on her own thoughts about her son victory.

" He have been up all night studying the weakness of the serpent. Not to mention during the day he have also being training hard."

The elder reply to the husband and wife after sitting down next to them, that he did a great job with the boy training. Feeling flatter by such a comment Wayne humble explain that is son is just that talented.

" He is a natural born warrior and a true leader. The best in the history of silver lotus pack."

His words follow up with a drink of the strong intoxicated wine. Miss lulu feeling anxious remorse the fact that for years her husband have push Alec into being the great warrior that he is.  Even giving him the test to kill the great serpent so that he can pass on the title of alpha to him if success.

" Are you sure, maybe it is still too early for him to go into the Forbidden zone as the new alpha."

Wayne, a little tipsy from drinking, reinsure his love that Alec will do great so she couldn't treat him like a child anymore.

Miss lulu is still frowning by her husband carefree attitude towards her son's life. Until the voice of her son cheer her up as he approach from behind.

" Alec," calling his name after turning to her beloved child.

" Truly mother, you worry too much. I am a grown man now. So please stop worrying about this."

Apologizing for making her son feel that way. Alec cheer up his mother telling her that he will do his best to become a warrior and an alpha that will surpass even his father.

" I will make you proud," he said.

Of course a mother couldn't help but to shed a tear of happiness from words like that of her son. The night ended before anyone could notice so a few days later with a grand ceremony to select Alec, as the new alpha of the silver lotus pack.

He transform into his newly alpha form, howling to the night of the full moon to solidify his position. Also that same night, Alec also proposed to his sweetheart from the pack. A scholar name Maria. A fair skin beauty.

Odviously she would yes to a hunk like Alec, these two have been in love with each other for the longest of time. And without wastinh any time, The wedding will be held on that same night after Alec ceremony. Plegding to live her life to the fullest, their love itself will transend under the guide of the moon.

The following day after the rise of the morning star, an indefinite alert jolted the members of the alpha family awake.

" We are being under attack," the guard shouted to Wayne, the now former alpha, but newly selected chief of the northern village.

Waking up and opening the door of his house after hearing the guards rambling. He is is by the news. Wayne inquire if it one of the other village?

" To think that they would launch an attack so early in the day after me so ceremony to becoming the new alpha," he grinned his hand in angry.

The guard, clearing up the his chief misunderstanding states that it isn't one of the wolves tribe.

" It's," he mutter to speck.

" Spill it out," the guard did so after a little pressure from Alex standing alongside his wife.

After catching his breath the guard tell them.

" It's the humans from the stelord kingdom."
