Etta: Tick Tock!

Ezu and Murthenshtaardil met up in the lunchroom, hoping to see if anyone else would be revealed. Ezu had met with Limaeo, a Light Defender who spoke through signs while making a soft '-eo' sound after it finished a sentence. Limaeo knew who it was after, but it wouldn't tell Ezu because of some order. Ezu scanned the room for it as Murthenshtaardil hummed.

"What do you think the next one will be like?" Very vague. He hummed.

"Limaeo is silent."

"Powers?"

"Unsure."

Murthenshtaardil hummed as Limaeo was seen giving a note to a girl. Ezu hummed.

"6 o'clock. Green hair." Murthenshtaardil turned before humming.

"That's Winterleaf."

"Deaf girl?" The fire cure blinked.

"Is she deaf? People are unsure. They don't know if she's deaf, mute, or just silent." He hummed as the girl read the note.

"That might be our next member."

They didn't get a chance to meet up with Winterleaf before a monster attacked. Murthenshtaardil pushed him into an alley before they pulled out their cards.

"PRECURE LOCKDOWN!"

A proud light surrounded the duo as Ezu's wheelchair disappeared. Water flowed around him, changing his outfit and hair. Flames raced around Murthenshtaardil as her appearance changed. They flipped the card into the air, which made the water go dark before shattering into a sparkling rain while the flames exploded into fireworks. They opened their eyes as they caught their respective cards and slipped them away.

"Beyond the Night, Guided by the Moon! I won't let the light fight alone! Cure Nightwater!"

"Beyond the Flames, Guided by the Spirits! I won't let the light fight alone! Cure Fireghost!"

The duo went up as a green cure watched the Doki Doki Precure engage in the monster. Manacil giggled.

"Doki Doki back, eh-cil? Then we know how to help-cil." Fiamar hummed.

"Fireghost, I would focus on the red cure, but don't get your hopes up-mar." They nodded as the green cure turned to their conversation. Limaeo waved to them as they joined.

"New cure?" She nodded, staying silent as Nightwater smiled. "We'll introduce in a second. Let's go!" She nodded again as they charged. The person with the monster growled.

"Light Defenders!" Cure Heart turned instantly as Nightwater started it.

"Beyond the Night, Guided by the Moon! I won't let the light fight alone! Cure Nightwater!"

"Beyond the Flames, Guided by the Spirits! I won't let the light fight alone! Cure Fireghost!"

"Beyond the Stream, Guided by the Clock! I won't let the light fight alone! Cure Timedagger!"

They raced forward as Rosetta put up a shield.

"Light Defenders?" Heart instantly questioned as Timedagger and Fireghost raced forward. "You're grown since last time."

"That happens." Diamond muttered as Spade raced forward. Timedagger's eyes flashed.

"HOLY SWORD!"

"TIMELESS FLOW!"

The monster seemed to slow while Spade sped up, slicing the monster down with ease. Heart gulped.

"Gather up!" Nightwater hummed.

"Back up!" The other two Light Defenders jumped back as the other group gathered.

"ROYAL LOVELY STRAIGHT FLUSH!"

"LIMITED NOIR!"

Just like their last fight together, the light was covered in darkness just enough before it tore through, lighting up the battlefield with ease. He huffed before jumping back to the other Light Defenders. They slipped away before the Doki Doki Precure could catch them. They deformed as Winterleaf grunted softly. Limaeo gulped.

"<Sorry about that>-eo. <I forgot to watch my screen>-eo." Ezu smiled.

"It's good to... see you, Winterleaf. You don't have to speak around us. Just give us some hints." The green girl grunted with a nod before getting behind him and pushing him.
