Objects Chapter

Party Hat felt himself fly out of the recovery box, but that was odd? He didn't remember dying? His mind felt a little foggy, like something was missing from his mind. Didn't matter now, he saw Shieldy! Maybe he could go ask him what happened.

Party Hat walks up to Shieldy. "So um, Shieldy. What happened? Why was I revived? I don't remember dying."

Shieldy has a slightly worried look on his face. "It's weird... I was also respawned but I definitely didn't die. The others also say the same thing, except Popsicley..."

Party Hat looks confused. "What about Popsicley?"

"She hasn't talked to any of us, she's been crying and trying to avoid looking at us. She's over there curled up in a ball, something tells me she saw something she probably didn't want to see or something. I don't know." said Shieldy

Party Hat felt very worried for her. "I will go see what's up with her. Remind me, is everybody else here?"

"No, only me, you, Popsicley, Boat, Slurpy, Shelly and uh... Controlly." said Shieldy

Party Hat walked away from the conversation and went towards the currently crying Popsicley.

"Hey buddy! ...are you feeling alright?" said Party Hat

Popsicley/Penny was confused, she didn't know what was going on, how object creatures were walking and talking to her. How she became one herself. What the FUCK was going on!?

She started sobbing extremely hard, and Party Hat tried to calm her down, rub her gently, but she pushed him away angrily!

"LEAVE ME ALONE, Y-YOU FREAK!" said Popsicley, angrily

Party Hat knew that Popsicley could be mean at times, but this was completely out of character for her!

"Woah! Woah woah woah! Popsicley, calm down! What happened to you?" said Party Hat

Popsicley/Penny was having none of it. She already felt disconnected to this weird body she resided in, how would she even have a conversation with one of these creatures?

"Please... leave me alone..." said Popsicley

"But- but-" said Party Hat

"LEAAAAAVE!" said Popsicley

Party Hat wanted to try and talk more, but Boat came up to him.

"I don't know what's happening with her, but I think it's best we let her calm down." said Boat

Party Hat wanted to help her, but he knew it would be the best decision to leave her be, so he walked away from Popsicley with Boat. He looked back at her, shaking and crying. He couldn't help but wonder what caused her to turn that way...

"It was like this... weird TV thing! None of you saw it? None of you saw the strange world before you were sent back here?" said Boat

Boat had taken Party Hat to where Shelly and Slurpy were talking, they were talking about how odd the circumstances of today were. Boat wanted to tell them about the two creatures she saw, the beach she was on.

Nobody else had seen it, or even seen what had happened before they were respawned. But she feels like it might have something to do with what happened to Popsicley.

"No... no Boat, the first thing I could remember was being respawned." said Shelly

"Same here." said Slurpy

"Party Hat?" said Boat

Party Hat shakes his head. "No, no, I didn't see anything like that at all. Just woke up being respawned."

Boat thinks to herself and then gets an idea! "What about Controlly?"

Slurpy answers her. "Nobody knows where Controlly is. Shieldy said he saw him walking in the distance and that he was definitely here with the rest of us."

Boat sighs to herself. Maybe the next object to show up will have a similar experience to her.
