Cale sat next to Aria, "Ready for the call?"

Aria nodded though she looked a little nervous, "Yes, let's do this."

Alain was behind her, "Do not worry Aria, we are right here."

Ash nodded from Cale's other side, "Yeah, we got your back."

Aria smiled as the call was answered, "Hello Maria, are my parents not home?"

Maria, who was a maid with dark brown hair and green eyes brightened, :It is you, Little Miss. Oh! We were wondering when you would call.:

Aria looked sheepish, "Sorry Maria, things have been a little crazy lately. I had a few things to take care of."

Maria nodded in understanding, :I will inform the Master and Madam, you are calling. They are in the study discussing a new project with a representative from Devon Corp.:

Aria stopped her, "Wait, they are in a meeting? I can call back."

Maria huffed at that, :It is fine, little Miss. They strictly ordered us to inform them when you called, situation be damned, their words. The time difference is big between Kanto and Kalos after all.:

Aria smiled, "Alright, thank you Maria."

Ash watched the maid in a dark green uniform rush off, "You have a maid?"

Aria smiled, "She took care of my Dad and then took care of me. She is from grandpa's time."

Cale gave a whistle, "She is like Ron, he took care of my mom and then he raised me."

Alain turned to Cale at that, "Ron?"

Cale, "He was the Head Butler for my family."

Aria, 'Was?'

Maria returned before she could ask, :Little Miss, I am connecting you to the video phone in the study.:

Aria smiled, "Thank you Maria, it is wonderful to see you again."

Maria visibly teared up, :You too, my little Miss.:

A man with dark pink hair appeared, :Ah! My dear daughter and the young man beside you must be Cale, my new son I never knew about till a few days ago.:

Aria, "DAD NO!"

Alain chuckled, "I mean we are guiding them."

Aria sighed, "Dad, be nice. Everyone this is my Dad, Arnold Ardouin. Dad, like you said, this is Cale, the guy behind me is Alain and the one beside Cale is Ash."

Arnold, :Sycamore's child, yes I know, he will not stop bragging about you.:

Alain flushed, "Good things I hope."

Arnold, :I watched the show case and contest. I must admit I am very impressed by your performance boys.:

Cale, "Thank you Sir."

Ash, "Yes, thank you. We worked very hard."

Aria, "Hey dad, do not worry about the media. You know how ridiculous they can be."

Arnold, :Well sweetheart, it is not me who is worried but your mom. There she is. Look who called.:

A lady with blond hair appeared, :I hear you honey. Now, Aria sweetie, you owe us an explanation.:

Aria sighed, "Of course mum. First these are my friends Cale, Ash and Alain. Everyone, this beautiful lady is my mum Claudia Ardouin."

Cale blinked, "Were you named after your father? Arnold, Aria."
