Cale in Pokemon

Vermillion City!

Cale looked around, "This City sure is lively."

Ash nodded, "Yeah, look at everyone going off in a rush."

Alain, "It kind of reminds me of Kalos."

Aria looked at the boys amused, "Weren't you in a City before?"

Cale, "We were but it was not this busy."

Ash, "I think this City is busier because it is a Port City compared to Saffron City which is more land locked."

Alain, "Good point. So what first?"

Aria, "Pokemon centre or the market?"

Cale, "Let's get our shopping done first."

Ash, "Then we can rest and relax before challenging the Gym."

Alain and Aria smiled in agreement and the four of them headed to the Vermilion City market. The place was bustling with noise, activity and filled with many items, ranging from food for humans and Pokemon to clothes for contests and show case to trainer gears to portable toiletries. Alain, Aria, Cale and Ash decided to go in separate directions with different lists of items to get everything they needed by the end of the day. Aria and Ash went to the eastern side of the large market to get the ingredients for food and medicine. Cale and Alain were on the opposite side getting the gears and equipment they would require from new pokeballs to batteries etc.

Cale, "What do you think of this rod?"

Alain, "Is that the golden rod? I didn't know they sold this here."

Cale, "Raon found it."

Raon, "It was on top of that shelf."

Alain, "Let's go ask. Are you planning on fishing?"

Cale, "We will be in Cerulean after Vermillion so... I was thinking of doing some fishing there."

Alain nodded, "Right the water capital of Kanto region. Perhaps I should get a rod too. I was thinking about catching a Kanto based Staryu and Shellder."

Hong, "We found a silver rod Alain."

Metagross, -I think it would suit your style too.-

Alain grinned, "Thank you very much, I appreciate it."

Cale, "It does suit you Alain. Silver is said to represent calm and patience, you have been both while dealing with Ash and I."

Alain smiled while ruffling his red hair which was always soft, "Do not mention it. We are travelling together. Plus, I enjoy our time together."

Cale, "Next is batteries for the emergency lights."

Alain, "I believe the hardware store is that way."

Raon, "Let's go."

Jessie watched them go, "I can't believe we are being made to babysit them again."

Meowth, "I knw. But wat can we do?"

James, "They kind of ripped us off back on the ship."

Jessie ಥ⁠‿⁠ಥ, "My purse has not been lighter."

James (⁠｡⁠ŏ⁠﹏⁠ŏ⁠), "You are telling me?"

Meowth Ꮚ⁠˘⁠ ⁠ꈊ⁠ ⁠˘⁠ ⁠Ꮚ, "At least Proctor is keping us fed. Othrwise I wuld nt do dis."

James, "True, I never thought a money obsessed trainer would exist."

Jessie, "He is kind of scary, isn't he?"
