Cale in Pokemon

Forest Cacophony

Cale looked around, "The infamous Viridian forest."

Ash, "Famous for it's multiple bug type Pokemon."

Raon looked at Cale with big eyes, "Are we smacking bugs?"

Hong's tail swished, "It will be good training."

Ohn nodded, "Maybe we will find someone to train too."

Ruby, -Maybe a pretty Butterfree or a Cutiefly?-

Raijin who started to learn to write held up a page, -I want a Weedle to join us. I hear if we feed and train them well they can carry two people around at least, after evolving.-

Ash, "Oooh! That is an awesome idea Raijin. Thanks bud, we are definitely focusing on catching a Weedle."

Cale, "So you will catch a Weedle, then what should we get?"

Raon, "I am happy with anything. I will just train them to become as strong as us."

Ohn, "Me too."

Hong, "I kinda want a Scyther. I heard they can evolve into two forms."

Cale, "Okay, we will keep an eye out for two Scythers."

Ash, "Should we get two bug types too? Bug types live in colonies right?"

Cale, "In the wild yes, but when they join a trainer, then the trainer and the Pokemon become their colony."

Raijin produced another page, -One Weedle and one surprise bug type?-

Ruby, -Good idea.-

Ash scratched Pikachu's ears, "Yeah, we could get a Caterpie or a Paras. I hear Paras produce delicious mushrooms."

Pikachu cooed, "Pika chaaaaa ~"

Cale, "Mushroom soup sounds really great. But we have to be careful as Paras and Parasect grow different types of mushrooms including the poisonous ones."

Ash looked around, "Right. Should we camp here? We have been walking for a while now."

Cale, "Sure. Hey look there, Ash. It's a Weedle."

Ash perked up, "Really? What do you say Raijin? Up for a battle?"

Raijin jumped in front of him, "Pika!"

The Weedle sensing the battle took a stance and used head butt or at least that is what it would look like if not for the sharp needle. Raijin quickly jumped out of the way and Ash called for a tail whip which the mouse Pokemon used as Weedle passed by him. Weedle hissed as his back was hit by the tail whip but refused to go down easily using string shot. Ash told Raijin to use agility to dodge the strong shot then tackle the bug type who was out cold after that. Ash threw his poke ball at him and all of them started at the ball with anticipation as it wobbled. After it moved three times there was a ping from the poke ball that confirmed a Pokemon had been caught.

Ash, "I did it! I did it! I caught a Pokemon."

Cale clapped, "Congratulations Ash."

Ruby, -We have a new friend, hopefully.-

Raon, "Of course you have a new friend, young Ruby."

Hong, "Our family got bigger."

Ohn, "Call him out, I want to meet him."

Raijin held up a page, -That was tiring and now I am hungry.-

Cale giggled, "Ash, why don't you introduce your new friend to everyone while I prepare dinner for all of us?"
