Yunjin leaned back to peer up at Kai, who gazed down at her with post-orgasm bliss. Kai rubbed a thumb across the edge of Yunjin's mouth to clean her up where some cum had escaped, then eased fingers under her chin to pull Yunjin closer, then leaned down for a kiss.

Kai moaned a bit at their own taste on Yunjin's tongue, delving deeper for a long while before pulling back to look into her eyes.

"Thank you, Yunjin." Kai gave a deep sigh of relief. "I really needed that."

"I told you I could help relieve your stress." Yunjin grinned, feeling a bit giddy that Kai had finally let her touch them. She stretched her neck to reach for another kiss, and Kai slid an arm behind her in support as they deepened the kiss.

"Thanks for letting me touch you." Yunjin said when they eventually let up to catch their breath. "Thanks for trusting me. I know it's not easy."

"It seems you make it easy." Kai smiled and Yunjin's stomach flipped. Kai did not smile easily. They seemed to have the weight of the world on their shoulders and were careful and contained at all times.

"Listen, Kai, I know you have a lot going on with work right now. I know that probably won't change any time soon. But I wish you would give us a chance."

"It's not that I don't want to, Yunjin. I really...I want you so much, it's just..."

"You have a duty."

"Yes, exactly, I...have all these new responsibilities." Kai explained. "Minji trusts me and..."

"And I don't want to get in the way of any of that. I don't want to be a distraction to your work. But you're more than your job." Yunjin said, teasing fingers through Kai's short cropped hair.

Kai just looked at her with wonder. "Yunjin, you're a beautiful woman. A fantastic athlete. Your team just won the World Cup! I guess I just don't understand why you want to wait around for someone like me."

"Someone like you, huh?" Yunjin said, sounding surprised and a bit exasperated. "You mean someone who's kind, and considerate. Who does everything in their power to help and protect others?"

Kai just bit their lip so Yunjin went on. "Someone who treats me like I hung the moon when we're together. Your eyes say more to me than most of my lovers have ever said with their mouth."

"Not to mention...someone who is so fucking hot. You are exactly my type, Kai."

Kai's eyes went wide at that and Yunjin chuckled.

"Just give us a chance. Once the season starts up again I'm going to be super busy with training and traveling a lot for matches. Let's just spend some time together when we can. Get to know each other better. That's all I ask."

Kai gave her a shy grin and said quietly. "OK."

"Yeah?"

"Of course." Kai said, eyes gazing at Yunjin.

"See? There you go again, looking at me like I'm the most beautiful woman in the world."

"You are the most beautiful woman in the world." Kai said with complete sincerity.

"Then prove it." Yunjin smiled seductively. "Your boss's girlfriend won't be back for a while now."

"You mean your best friend?"

"Exactly." Yunjin moved her hips to grind down on Kai's lap and husked. "Pretty please."

Kai said nothing but moved their arms tightly around Yunjin's back, pulling her in tight for a long, languorous kiss before beginning to shift their positions. In moments Kai had Yunjin laid out across the backseat.
