Red vs Blue Silliness

3. Cat Attack

Today was the agreed on date for the Reds and Blues to meet up for their weekly battle. Unfortunately, Caboose refused to stop playing with the cats.

"Caboose, they'll be here when we get back." Tucker and Wash had been trying to get Caboose out of the base for ten minutes.

"But Waasssh, who will play with the kitties while we're gone?" Caboose may be playing with cats, but his puppy-dog face was amazing.

"Well, if we can't leave them here, we'll just take them with us." Wash shrugged.

Tucker blinked.

"Please tell me you're kidding."

"Nope. Come on lets go."

They walked out of the base with an army of cats following them.

When they arrived at the ledge/hill/thing at the middle of the canyon they had the cats flatten themselves against it so the Reds wouldn't be able to see them.

"Attention Blue Team! This is the Red Team! We will now give you a moment to reflect on your inevitable ass kicking!" Was yelled from the other side of the ledge.

"Ok, moment over. Attack!"

Tucker glanced over at Wash.

"Dude, I hope your cats survive this.'

"Really Tucker? I hope the Reds survive them. Blue Team, Attack!"

At that, none of the blue soldiers moved. Instead, the cats surged forwards, jumping over the ledge and onto the Reds.

"Ahhhhh!"

"What the fuck?!"

"No! My lightish-red armor will be covered in cat fur!"

"Take Grif! He probably tastes like chicken!"

They walked to the top of the ledge to find the Reds barely visible under the attacking cats.

"Well Sarge, do you surrender?" Wash asked the fallen leader.

"Never!"

Tucker gave an evil smile.

"That's too bad. Epsilon?"

Said cat then preceded to claw the living fuck out of Sarge's armor.

"Ok, you win this round Blues! But don't expect us to fall for the same trick twice!"

And then the Reds were gone.

Tucker turned to Wash.

"You know they'd totally fall for that again, right?"

"Oh yeah."

Later that night at the Red base.....

"Um...sir? Have you looked at your helmet?"

Right there, scratched onto Sarge's visor were the words 'Blue Team Rules!'.
