I sat with my head down and my shoulders slumped. The navy blue hood of my hoodie covered my face, the only thing visible being my neon blue eyes on my visor. (I designed Y/n, but you can imagine her differently if you want.)

"Y/n will you please answer the question? And take your hood down, this is the fifth time I've asked you." She gave me a pointed stare, waiting for my response.

I sighed but took my hood down, my (H/C) (Hair color) mid-length hair flowing down my shoulders. Some students turned around to stare but I just ignored them.

Most of the time I can't tell what people are staring at. It's either the scar going down my lip or my looks. Sometimes I get catcalled by jocks or perverts as I walk by in the hallway, it could be that. I honestly don't find myself that attractive. It could be my scar, but that's a story for another time.

"92. The answer to your question is 92." I answered. "That's correct." She returned to the board and continued droning (haha, drones, pun, hehe) on and on about angles and triangles. Stupid shit for the most part.

I noticed a purple-haired girl glance over at me. I've never seen her before. I looked at her curiously. Her eyes widened when our eyes met and she turned back to the board. Huh, weird.

After that weird encounter, classes went pretty smoothly. By the time I was in my last class of the day, I was really bored. School came super easy to me so it wasn't hard to get bored. "Y/n, hood down." My history teacher spoke in a crude tone. I was starting to fall asleep so I didn't care what he said. "Y/n, I won't ask you again."

Screw this. I stood up abruptly and grabbed my backpack, making my way out of the classroom with my hood still up. "Y/n, where are you going?" He asked in a stern tone. I flipped him off before walking out of the classroom without a care in the world.

I was walking down the hall to my apartment/dorm when I heard thumping footsteps behind me. I turned around and was met with the purpled-haired emo from earlier. She stopped in front of me, breathing heavily. "L-look... I have never met anyone at ALL similar to me... let's be friends." She panted out of breath.

I stared at her with confusion but also interest. "You... want to be my friend?" I looked at her, pretty astonished.

She nodded. I thought for a second before nodding. "Okay." And that was only the beginning.

"RUN! HAHA!" Uzi and I sprinted down the dark dorm hallway, Lizzy's screams of annoyance echoing towards us as we ran. "I can't believe she stayed asleep!" Well... until she woke up.

"Yeah! That plan wasn't exactly flawless..."

"Her face when she woke up and realized we were putting silly string ALL over her room! I CAN'T!" I giggled as we reached Uzi's dorm, entering quietly so her dad wouldn't wake up.

"That was so much fun," Uzi smirked. I nodded, closing her door behind us as we entered. "Pranking her is so much fun." She smiled and looked away for a second.

"Hey, Y/n?" I looked up. "What's up?"

"I'm glad I met you."

I smiled.

"I'm glad I met you too, Uzi."

There was silence for a few seconds before Uzi spoke again.

"Can I tell you something...? It's kinda personal." I nodded. "Yeah, but if it's about your mom then I already know about her."

"No, not her, idiot." I grinned at the small insult. "Okay, then what did you wanna tell me?"

She looked down, hesitating. "Look, we've been friends for years now. You can tell me anything, I promise I won't judge. You could've murdered someone and I'd still love you."

She looked up at me as I joined her on her bed.

Love?

"Really?"

I nodded. "Yes. Really. I'm dead serious. Nothing in the world could change how much I love you, Uzi." She sniffled before engulfing me in a hug. "Thank you..." She mumbled. "Of course, now what did you wanna tell me?" She slowly let go and turned to face me, her legs crossed. I did the same.

'

Y/n... look, this is gonna sound really corny any way I say it so please take this as seriously as possible. I... I really like you. As more than friends..."

My eyes widened and I stared at her for a moment. Uzi loves me?

"You don't have to like me back, I'll understan-"

I cut her off with a quick kiss. "Do you ever stop talking?" I smirked. She looked awestruck. "What- y-you- BITE ME!"

"Do you want me to?"

A tomato. A purple tomato. That's what Uzi Doorman became when I asked her that question. "UGH!" I laughed as she hid her blushing face in her hands.

"Y-you asshole!" I couldn't help but laugh harder.

"I hate you! I'm never talking to you again!" She announced but I could hear laughter seeping through her threats. "Nooo! I'm sorrrryyyyy!" I grinned and wrapped my arms around her. She returned the hug a moment later.

"I love you, Uzi Doorman."

"I love you too, dipshit."
