Yandere MDs x fem!worker!reader
Screaming. That's all I heard as I ran. Keep running. Don't stop. Keep going.
Each corner I turned was worse than the last—each hallway littered with body parts and oil spills. I held my nose as I ran, the smell too unbearable to handle.
My mind raced as I tried to think of a place to hide. Surely they won't find me in the evacuation spot, right? (Thoughts are italicized sentences.)
The evacuation spot was no different than the rest of the colony, bodies and oil everywhere. I stopped for a second to catch my breath when I heard thumping coming from nearby. Shit! Uh-
I quickly jumped behind a crate and prayed for my life. The thumping got louder and louder until I heard a voice. "Ugh, what the hell?! Where'd she go?" A female yelled. I peeked my head out from the crate and noticed it was the disassembly drone with short hair. At least it's not the leader. I think she'll leave me if I'm quiet. She usually doesn't search for her prey for too long. God that's weird calling my "kind" prey.
"Come out little drone... I know you're here somewhere..." She suddenly whipped her head around to where I was standing, causing me to quickly hide behind the crate again, covering my mouth with my hand to cover my heavy breathing.
Silence. The distant screams of worker drones. CRASH.
I screamed as the tall female grabbed me by the collar of my shirt. "Hello~!" She giggled. I struggled to break free from her grasp as she laughed maniacally. "Y'know, you're kinda cute. It's almost sad I have to kill you..." I noticed her smile falter for a second, her visor staying the trademark disassembly drone X, but her smile faded to a frown for a second. Is she frowning...?
"Get on with it then! If you're going to kill me just make it quick." I grunted, my hands holding the one she held me with. "Nah. You're not dying." She set me down and her eyes turned to normal.
"W-what?" I stared at her with wide eyes. "You're not dying." I slowly backed away from her and towards the exit.
"V? You called?" The leader and the male disassembly drone appeared behind me and I stopped backing up.
"Yeah, we're not killing this one." She pointed to me while looking at her leader. "And why's that?"
My eyes flitted around the large room, looking for any sign of a weapon or something to help me escape. They're distracted. I could easily slip past them if the other two would just move a few inches...
I noticed a dead worker's hand lying on the ground and suddenly I got an idea.
"The company gave us explicit orders to-" J looked up at a loud clang that sounded suddenly through the room. "What was that?"
I slowly snuck behind J and backed up every so slightly into the hallway.
"I dunno-"
And that's when I booked it.
"What the- hey!"
I turned down as many hallways as I could. I tried anything to throw them off my path. My room. I sprinted down the hallway and into my apartment. My room has a tiny crawl space that leads to a secret room in my room. Smart, I know. If I can reach it I don't think they'll be able to find me inside.
"Get back here!" I heard J yell as I turned into my apartment. I didn't have a chance to look around as I rushed into my room and slowly moved my dresser in front of the door. The dresser was heavy so every push was agonizingly slow.
"She's in here!" V yelled as she went to open the door but couldn't. "Ugh! N, help me move this dresser!"
I scrambled into my crawl space and covered myself with a purple blanket I had on my bed. Almost there...
"AHH!" I screamed as I was picked up by my leg. Robo-Jesus is not on my side today.
God, you are exhausting!" J breathed as she held me in the air by my ankle.
"Put me down!"
"Not until you stop running!" I glared at the three disassembly drones until I finally agreed and J let me down. I rubbed my ankle as the male disassembly drone sat with me on the floor.
"Hi! I'm N!" I raised an eyebrow. "Hi...? Why are you guys killing everyone else but not me? What do you want with me? I'm not any different!"
"Oh, but you are! You're the smartest and sneakiest drone I've ever met by far. You had me chasing you for a good 10 minutes! That's the longest I've ever chased a drone!" V grinned and joined us on the floor. "V has a point. I've never met any drone with your smarts. No drone has ever tricked all of us before. I'm somewhat impressed. J didn't join us on the floor, probably to assert some form of dominance.
"Okay..." I was curious why N was willing to spare me but he looked a little squeamish so I decided to shrug it off for now. "Let's go. You're coming with us." V grinned and grabbed me, holding me bridal style and walking out of my room. "Huh? What if I wanna stay here?"
V gave me a quizzical look. "And why would you wanna stay here? There's basically no one left. I think." V shrugged. I rolled my eyes. "We'll love you unconditionally!"
"What?"
"We'll love you unconditionally." N shrugged with a smile.
"Mhm... okay... I don't really have a choice, do I?"
J grinned. "No."

"Wow. I'm surprised you didn't put up much of a fight."
"I didn't have much. Nobody cared about me. My parents died a long time ago when I was young. Well, first "manufactured." I put air quotes up with my hands while explaining.
"I never thought my first official friends would be disassembly drones." I looked down, not willing to make eye contact with anyone at the moment.
A nervous look came onto V's visor but I just assumed that meant she was thinking about my parents. Obviously one of the three killed them so I wasn't super concerned about it. I guess.
"I didn't bond with them though. I managed fine on my own." V's face turned to one of sympathy but she didn't make eye contact.
"Well, we're gonna change that!" N grinned.
I gave a sad smile.
"Okay."
I guess this is fine...

The past few weeks have been pretty nice considering I'm living with three murder drones now. They're protective of me for some reason, but I don't mind. At least I have some decent friends now.
We recently found that there are actually quite a few workers left (A good amount) and I wanted to see them. I was friends with one worker in the colony and I'd felt bad leaving her alone so I wanted to let her know I was okay.
"Do we have to?" V whined.
"Yes, she was my only friend in the colony. At least, I think we were friends, she was kinda edgy."
The three MDs gave me a skeptical look but shrugged. "I don't see why we can't let her go," N added.
"Just... make it quick. I want you back here before sundown." J instructed. "Yes ma'am." I sneered with a smirk. She just rolled her eyes and walked away.
"Kay, I'll be back soon."
Turns out my "somewhat friend" became a best friend. Uzi, the edgy rebel of the colony, was rather excited that I was alive and I was too. I was happy I was alive, yeah, but I was also happy to have my friend back... my murder drone friends weren't exactly thrilled.
After spending a few weeks back at the colony the murder drones lost it. When Uzi snuck out to grab a part for her railgun they took this as their chance to ambush the doors and get in. This time they didn't miss. Everyone died tragic deaths but I was of course left spared. I was furious that they had to kill my long-lost best friend and I ignored them for as long as I could, even running away into the woods just to avoid talking to them.
They apologized and manipulated me into speaking with them again and that's when I realized, I've fallen for yandere murderers.
