The morning, after Lunar has informed his parents about Takayas' departure and their agreed-upon reason for it, the small family makes their way to Flora and Terros' den to visit them and the pups.

Lunar grabs some rabbits on the way, figuring that Flora would be hungry from feeding the pups all night.

He still remembers just how hungry Luna was those first few days after giving birth to Kaitou and Ruuza. It's bound be worse for Flora because she's got five pups to feed rather than two.

Lunar enters the den first, calling softly to his grandparents.

"Gramma, Gramps? Are you up?"

Terro and Flora look up and smile at their oldest grandson. Floras' stomach growls at the sight of the food, and she looks rather startled by the sound.

Lunar smiles and places the rabbits where she can easily reach them to eat without waking the pups.

"I had a feeling you'd be hungry. I still remember how hungry Luna was those first few days after she birthed my siblings."

Lunar says softly, lying down beside his grandpa. They watch Flora eat the rabbits hungrily.

When she's done, Terro cleans her off, and then invites the rest of the family inside. When Matt sees his baby siblings, his eyes tear up.

"They're perfect Mum. Just perfect."

He says softly, careful to not wake the pups. He still remembers how easily Fire, Leaf and Nalyda woke up just after being born.

Kala agrees with her Mate, smiling at the pups. Ruuza and Kaitou bring in a couple of rabbits each for Terro, who, from Lunars' stories, will be quite unwilling to leave his Mates' side for the next few days.

"Thank you both."

Terro says, his love for his grandchildren shining in his eyes. It doesn't matter to him that Kala and Matt adopted them. They might as well be blood at this point.

"It was no trouble Gramps. Lunar said that you would be unwilling to leave Grammas' side for at least the next few days."

Ruuza says softly, lying down beside her older brother. Flora smiles at her family. For so long she thought that she would only have Terro around for the birth.

And then, a couple of days ago, she was worried that she might not live long enough to give birth. But now, she's alive and safe, her pups are here, and her whole family is together.

"What are you thinking of naming them?"

Matt asks softly, watching two of his baby siblings fighting for one of their mothers' teats.

He chuckles softly, and carefully nudges one pup over to a different teat, stopping the conflict. Flora smiles at her oldest. It's very clear that he has not lost his fatherly touch.

"Well... we were thinking of Oak for the little boy who looks like us, and Pine for the little boy who looks more like your Mother.

For the little girls, we were thinking of naming the one who looks like my Mum Violet, in honor of her. And the little one who looks like Floras' Mum, we were thinking of calling Moon, after the moon flower. Your Grandma loved moon flowers.

And the final little girl... we wondered if you wanted to name her?"

Terro explains. Matt looks at his parents in shock, not expecting to have such an honor.

He thinks for a few moments, before deciding on a name that he thinks would suit his new baby sister.

"How about Iris?"
