The boys of 1D offered to paint and decorated the baby room. I'll be honest, I do trust these boys but I don't like the idea of them decorating especially the painting part.
I'm currently eight months pregnant and since Niall's the father, I had a lot more cravings 'cause these kids are just like him. Just one more month till they're here.
I'm worried that the boys will mess this up. Honestly I could do this my self but then I would have to get pass Niall.
At least I'm not alone. Eleanor is here as well with her newborn baby boy Thomas William Tomlinson or Tommy for short,
"Have you thought have names for the babies yet?" Eleanor asked me as we watched TV and drank tea and coffee.
"We're naming the girl Ashlyn Skylar Horan and her initials would spell out ASH." I said, remembering the time we discussed the names.
"Cute and clever, nice thinking." Eleanor commented.
"And for the boy we're naming him Flynn Conor Horan."
"Very Irish."
"It's safe to say that the baby room is ready and it's not a disaster." Liam said as he came out of the hallways.
"Princess, you're going to love it." Niall told me as he gently pulled my hand and brought me to the room.
I opened the door revealing an amazing baby room. The room was half pink and half blue. There were two cribs with the letter 'A' and 'F' above the cribs. There was pile of dolls in a corner on the girl side and a pile of stuffed animals on the boys. Both sides had the same furniture to match the genders.
"It's beautiful." I commented.
"I told you we could do it!" Louis said proudly.
"Thank you guys." I said as I pulled each of them into a hug. Suddenly both the babies started kicking.
"The twins already love it." I said with soft giggles.
"Well Uncle Zayn did most of the work." Zayn said to my stomach.
"We're glad you like it. Just name the boy after me will be a good payment." Harry said.
"In your dreams Styles." I replied to him.
Suddenly I felt a cramp in my stomach and water running down my legs. That only means one thing.
"Niall, it's time." I said.
"You mean the babies are coming?" Niall asked.
"Yes, my water just broke." I said clutching on to my stomach.
Niall rushed over to me and helped to get me into the car as fast as possible. When we got to the hospital, a nurse came over and put me in a wheelchair. They brought me to a room, and got me dressed in a hospital gown. Every time I had a contraction, I squeezed Niall's hand.
"We're here!" Louis announced as he and the others came into the room.
"Has anyone called Nathan or any of my family members?" I asked followed by a contraction.
"I'll go do that." Niall said as slide his phone out. A doctor came in with a nurse and smiled at me and I smiled back. I felt a contraction but this one is the worst one.
"They're coming!" I shouted in pain.
"We need everyone to leave except for the father." The doctor instructed. Niall got off the phone and rushed to my side.
"Katherine, you may start pushing." The doctor instructed me. "Count to ten and push."
I nodded. I held Niall's hand the whole time. I did what the doctor advised me to but it wasn't easy since I'm giving birth to twins.
"You can do it." Niall told me.
"Shut up!" I snapped at him.
"I can see a head." I heard a nurse exclaimed. I felt a bit relived.
About twenty pushes and screams later, I was holding the twins in my arms. We told the nurses the names and she went to call everyone in.
Ashlyn came out first and looked like Niall but with my eyes and hair and Flynn looked like me but with Niall's natural hair colour and his eyes. Ashlyn can't stop kicking the blanket and Flynn was just staring at me with his blue eyes.
"After all this time I thought Flynn was doing all the kicking." Niall commented.
"Same here." I looked at Flynn who was quiet compared to his sister, Ashlyn. Soon Nathan, my parents, Jess, Eleanor and the rest of One Direction came in.
"Guys meet Ashlyn Skylar and Flynn Conor Horan." Niall announced.
"Wow sis, from being a twin to giving birth to twins." Nathan said.
"Flynn looks so much like you." Jess commented.
"Do you want to hold him?" I asked and she nodded. I passed Flynn over to Jess and she starts talking to him like he can understand.
"I can't believe that they're so tiny." Eleanor said.
"You did a good job and I'm proud of you." My mom said making me smile.
"Ashlyn looks like the girl version of Niall." I heard Louis tell the rest of his band members.
Eventually visiting hours were over and Ashlyn finally calmed down but Flynn became hyper. I placed Ashlyn in her crib that hospital provided and she fell asleep. Flynn on the other hand was still hyper so we held on to him so he could release his energy.
"These two are so different from each other." I said as Flynn became sleepier. I placed him in his crib next to Ashlyn's. I kissed both of them on the forehead and I myself became sleepy too.
