Could it be love!

A good day!

Nico kisses both boys on the forehead and they all drift off to sleep. They are going to school tomorrow and Nico is staying home. He wants to take Mack to see his students. Nico's alarm goes off early in the morning and he wakes the two younger boys up. Mack is still dead to the world asleep. All three boys give him a kiss on the cheek, and they make their way to their rooms and the kitchen. Kaden was nice this morning and assisted Torrin in getting ready for school.  

Nico has made breakfast, and they all sit down to eat. They finish up eating and Zen is there to drive them to school. Nico is not leaving Mack alone and the nurse should be there any minute to check on Mack and make sure he is feeling well this morning. Nico goes and makes Mack some scrambled eggs. He wants him to eat this morning to have energy. He finishes breakfast up and there is a knock at the door. Nico opens the door and it's the nurse. He smiles and leads her in. She walks with him to his bedroom and they wake Mack up. He needs to use the bathroom. Nico helps him to the bathroom and the nurse sits and speaks with him and they go over medications. She checks his vitals, and she leaves. Nico helps Mack to the table, and they eat breakfast. They finish up and they talk. 

(N) What do you want to do today?

(M) Can we just stay at home?

(N) Do you not want to go and see your students?

(M) I do but I am tired. We can go if you want too. 

(N) No baby, if you are tired, we can stay home. 

(M) Are you going to work tomorrow?

(N) Yes, I have a meeting. 

(M) Can I take a small dose of medicine and then we go?

(N) Yes, if you want to. 

(M) Yeah, we can go. 

(N) Let me get you the pain medicine. What else do you need?

(M) The muscle medicine. Can you also get the am medicine for the heart. I need to take out the fluid pill. 

(N) You should take it. 

(M) I will take it as soon as we get home I promise. 

(N) Ok. 

Nico goes and gets the medicine, and he gets some shorts and slide on shoes. He helps Mack get dressed and he gets in the wheelchair. They head down to the van and get in. They drive to the school, and they go in. They enter the office, and Kevin is in the office. His face lights up and he hugs Mack and Nico. They will all three talk. 

(K) How are you Mack?

(M) I am better. Thank you for asking. 

(N) He wanted to come and see his students. 

(K) It is your math team class. 

(M) I know I am excited, and I am scared. I am afraid they are going to be upset. 

(K) They are not going to be upset. They are going to be thrilled to see you. 

(N) I hope so. 

(K) Come on I will lead you to his room. 

(M) Thank you, Kevin. 

(K) You're welcome my friend. 

Kevin, Nico, and Mack make their way towards his classroom. Kevin walks in first and pauses the class. He leaves the door open, and most students go quiet. One student raises their hand and Kevin speaks with them. Kevin(K) and Student(St.)

(K) Yes. 

(St.) Is Mr. Mack dead?

(K) No buddy, why would you ask that?
