‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ The house was empty.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ The chilling air that escaped when Kazemi opened the door to her house was something she was unfortunately familiar with.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ Week after week, she would come home without anyone in it. For days, sometimes even months, she would have to live alone while her mother was out doing her duties as a pro-hero.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ Cooking, cleaning, and laundry. Anything you could think of, she did it.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ So when the chilling air finally breezed by once she opened the door, she knew she had a long week ahead of her.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ And with that, she was right. Mizuki didn't come home until weeks later. And in those weeks she had been gone, Kazemi knew she had to train by herself before her recommendation exams would start.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ The day before the exam would begin, Kazemi returned to Takoba Municipal Beach Park early in the morning.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ And the beach was... cleaner? The trash that had been dumped all over the beach was all in a pile close to the entrance. The air was fresh, for once. Kazemi couldn't believe it. It had only been a day since she last visited the beach while it was still junk ridden. Who could've done this in a day?

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ Crouching near the shorelines, she dipped both of her hands into the water, allowing it to roam up her arms and lace a pattern around them.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ She could properly use her quirk now.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ The beach was empty in the morning, which Kazemi could use to her advantage so she wouldn't get in trouble with her quirk with any authorities that, surprisingly, aren't there.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ She started off slow, controlling a mere gallon of water, before moving onto controlling the waves. By this time, she was already in the water. Compared to the first time she tried floating water, it was safe to say that she had officially learned how to walk on water—besides the fact that her ankles were still submerged.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ The waves were easy to control so far—at least in a small area. She tried maximizing her strength and attempted to make a 10-foot-tall wave, but was only able to do it until 7 feet.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ After a few hours of training, Kazemi decided to call it a day and started retreating to the shore. She picked up her bag that she left on the beach before going into the water and hung her towel across her shoulders before she realized—she wasn't alone on the beach.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ All Might... and a green haired kid?

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ It wasn't worth her time to intervene, so as slowly as she could, she tried sneaking past them on her way to the stairs.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ "Ah, young Kazemi! What a surprise to see you here. Haha... What are you doing?" All Might's booming voice said awkwardly, and all of a sudden the green haired boy was gone. Was he hiding?

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ "I'm leaving." Kazemi remarked, not sparing a glance at the familiar pro-hero and continuing up the stairs.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ All Might sweat dropped. "Alright... well, how would you like me to accompany you back home! I haven't seen you in a while." He laughed out in the end.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ The red and blue-haired girl paused, taking a look back towards All Might. "No thanks. I'll be taking my leave," and with that, she made her way back home.
