‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ Kazemi knew to be weary of her surroundings.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ Even as a child, her mother trained her to her limits. There was a point during her pre-teen years where she'd be outside in the dark, cold to the touch, training with her mother for times like this.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ The four stood near the end of the water zone, attempting to get a closer look at Aizawa fighting without being seen.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ Although they escaped together, Kazemi seemed to be inching farther away from the three other students, still remaining close to listen to what they were discussing.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ "Mr. Aizawa is keeping most of the enemies within the plaza." Asui croaked out.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ Midoriya, gawking at the sight of Aizawa fighting, replied, "But I think he charged at them not because he can but to protect us."

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ As soon as he spoke, Mineta realized what he was attempting to do—and so did Kazemi. "Hey, Midoriya, don't tell me... stupid, stupid, stupid!"

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ The green-haired boy seemed flustered at the fact that they could figure his thoughts out. "I don't plan to get in his way, but I want to help him if possible."

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ "The only thing you'll be helping him with is keeping all the villains away from him," Kazemi spoke.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ She stood farther away from the rest. Observing Aizawa fight, noticing the small mistakes he makes as he slowly gets tired.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ She turned her head to continue, "And I don't mean that in a good way, Midoriya-san."

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ "Don't play heroes if you can't fight like one."

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ And despite her words, the three seemed to have listened to Midoriya, following him to take a closer look at the battlefield. Kazemi stayed behind, of course. Taking her time amongst the waters as she watched them inch closer and closer to the area.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ Even though she was farther away, she had a clear view of the fight.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ The man whose body was covered in his hands was fighting Aizawa. No words were exchanged as the teacher used his scarf to capture the man—which failed since the villain grabbed hold of it.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ The two were now hand in hand. Words seemed to be exchanged as Kazemi noticed both of them paused mid-fight. It wasn't until the two separated that the girl noticed the decaying arm of the shaggy-haired man.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ She thought it was crazy. She never thought in her 15 years of living that she'd be fighting off villains a week into the school year.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ Kazemi noticed the three trembling from a distance, and the water seemed to chill her spine.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ She watched as the teacher continued to fight, not noticing the bird-headed creature behind him.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ Within a second, Aizawa was on the ground. Blood spread around his head, and his face dug deep by the creature. Its dark and muscular body began to tremble, cackling escaping its beak before it screeched.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎Kazemi was frozen.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ Her thoughts soon became silent as she watched Aizawa remain motionless on the ground. She could no longer feel the chill she once felt on her spine, the water below her waving back and forth, slowly getting stronger despite the wave machine of the area being off.
