The group felt like they'd been sprinting towards the villain for ages. Their breath was shallow with every step they took, but the only thing that kept them going was the fact that Bakugo and Tokoyami had been kidnapped—trapped in a marble-like weapon. After catching up with the rest, Kazemi had let go of the water tentacles and ran along with them—though keeping the water close by to use just in case. Her mind was filled with opposing thoughts; she didn't know why she was running to save her classmate's lives, even if she barely knew them.
Was it to keep herself alive? To avoid any extra attention or accusations? She didn't know. She never did when it came to things like this.
"We can't give up. Not now!" Midoriya exclaimed, still enclosed by Shoji's limbs. The group turned to look at his sealed eyes–almost as if he was trying not to cry. "Uraraka, you have to make us float. And then, Asui. You can launch us as far as you can using your tongue!"
The two girls nodded, determination set in their eyes as they listened to the green-haired boy. "Shoji, hold me, Ryujin, and Todoroki, and use your quirk to correct our trajectory through the air."
"And Ryujin!" Midoriya exclaimed again, turning his head towards the girl sprinting behind the group. "You capture the villain so we can attack him mid-air!"
The girl nodded, manipulating the water she had closer to her. Before she even noticed, Shoji grabbed her arm lightly, pulling her and Todoroki closer to the two before Asui wrapped them with her tongue.
Uraraka had removed all their gravity with a touch of her hands, and Kazemi didn't know what to think. It was all too sudden that just a few hours ago, the entire class was cooking together without harm, and how they were on their way to potentially fight more villains.
Kazemi braced herself, shutting her eyes before Asui threw them into the air towards the villain who had taken Tokoyami and Bakugo. When the girl's tongue let go, Kazemi had never held onto someone's hand so hard in her entire life.
The four flew in the air. Shoji held Todoroki on his right and Kazemi on his left whilst carrying Midoriya with his extra limbs. As soon as the girl snapped her eyes open, they immediately spotted the masked villain floating in the air as if it were nothing.
With her free hand—which surprisingly held up against the strong winds—she threw it towards the direction of the villain, controlling water to capture him. The other three moved quickly, moving to attack the villain by grabbing his arms and stomping on his back, plummeting all of them towards the ground.
"Woah, woah, woah, what's this?!" One of the villains exclaimed after watching the five nearly break the ground as they landed. His eyes were glued to his acquaintance as the four kids were attacking him.
"Oh, hey, wait, I know these kids!" But his whole demeanor changed briefly, his eyes furrowing before he pointed at them. "Who are they?!"
"Give Kacchan and Tokoyami back to us!" Midoriya exclaimed, his feet pressed onto the villain's back.
Kazemi watched from behind after landing on the villain's legs to stop him from moving. Her eyes caught one of the villains behind the one who just spoke. His blue eyes furrowed as he raised his arms, preparing to attack.
