Uliana's eyes narrowed shrewdly as Hook approached the gathered group of villainous cohorts. Pulling the pirate captain aside, she fixed him with a calculating stare. "How is the plan going?" she asked, her lips curling into an ominous smirk. "I've been hearing rumors that you two are getting quite cozy."

Hook's expression darkened as he let out a weary sigh. "Yeah, about that..." he began, his brow furrowing with uncharacteristic uncertainty. "Do we really need to continue with this? Revenge seems so... trivial, in the grand scheme of things."

Uliana's eyes widened with a flash of fury. "What's this?" she hissed, her voice laced with venom. "Don't tell me you're actually falling for the girl!"

Hook's jaw tightened, a flicker of irritation crossing his features. "I just don't see the point in humiliating her," he argued, his tone laced with a rare note of compassion. "All she did was accidentally spill some cupcakes on my shirt, for crying out loud."

Uliana drew in a deep, steadying breath, though the anger still simmered beneath the surface. "It's not just about that," she snapped, her eyes narrowing to dangerous slits. "It's about upholding our villain reputation."

Hook rolled his eyes, his patience wearing thin. "Really? That's what this is all about?"

Uliana's gaze hardened, her lips pressed into a tight, unyielding line. "Three days until the dance," she stated, her voice brooking no argument. "Tell me you're still in, or else I'll have to do something myself, and you're out of this group!"

Hook's expression darkened as he considered the implications of Uliana's threat. "What are you going to do if I don't?" he pressed, his eyes narrowing. "What's your backup plan?"

Uliana's lips curled into a sinister smile. "That's not your concern," she replied, her voice dripping with false sweetness. "So, are you in or out?"

Hook's jaw clenched, his mind racing as he weighed his options. If Uliana had a more nefarious plan in place, it could be disastrous for Bridget. With a heavy heart, he made his decision. "I'm in," he growled, the words leaving a bitter taste in his mouth.

As Hook turned and made his way back to his ship, he felt the weight of his decision crushing him. Entering his chambers, he let out a frustrated curse, hurling a decorative glass globe across the room, where it shattered against the wall. Sinking down onto the edge of his bed, he buried his head in his hands, torn between his growing feelings for Bridget and the villainous obligations that now threatened to tear them apart.

Lifting his head, a spark of determination ignited in Hook's eyes. Perhaps there was still a way to salvage the situation and spare Bridget from Uliana's vengeful plans. With renewed purpose, he made up his mind – he would have to tell Bridget the truth, even if it meant losing her forever.

Bridget hummed softly to herself as she carefully placed the final batch of cupcakes into the oven, a bright smile lighting up her face. Her thoughts had been consumed by James – or rather, Captain Hook – ever since their magical date. The memory of their kiss still sent a flutter through her heart, and she couldn't wait to see him again at the upcoming dance.

As she waited for the cupcakes to bake, Bridget found herself twirling and swaying, unable to contain her excitement. She had gone to great lengths to ensure there was a touch of red in her dress, knowing it was James' favorite color. The prospect of seeing him and sharing these special cupcakes filled her with a giddy anticipation.

Earlier, James had told her he needed to speak with her, and Bridget couldn't help but wonder what he had to say. Her mind raced with possibilities, each one more wonderful than the last. maybe he had a grand gesture planned for the dance, something that would sweep her off her feet?

Bridget smiled to herself, recalling the private baking lessons she had been giving James after school. He had claimed to be too busy to meet today, but she couldn't help but feel a twinge of disappointment. However, this unexpected opportunity to surprise him with the cupcakes was a perfect substitute.

As the timer chimed, signaling the cupcakes were ready, Bridget carefully removed them from the oven, her heart swelling with anticipation. Whatever James had to say to her, she was sure it would be something wonderful. After all, their budding romance had already blossomed into something truly special.

With a contented sigh, Bridget carefully placed the freshly baked treats into a decorative box, eager to deliver them to James and see the look of delight on his face. As she made her way to their meeting spot, she couldn't help but feel a sense of optimism about their future together, unaware of the news James hook was about to drop on her
