The Legend Of Flame

Chapter 25

Heat radiated through out my body. I could feel the sweat running down my face as I ran far way. The thing is I didnt know what I was running from or where too. Voices whispered through the air only being able to make out some of what they were saying, others sounding as if it where in another language.

'Run.' A voice on my right said. 'Hurry or there going to get us. Run faster!' I felt that every time I pushed my self to go faster I was slowing down. I came to a stop when my surroundings changed. I quickly looked around, a sense of deja vu washing over me. A hand on my lower back had me turning around fist ready to hit whoever it was. 

I let out a breathless 'Ian.' He smiled, his blue eyes shining as he took hold of my hand and walked me to the middle of what looked to be a meadow. The sky grew a little darker almost as if it where about to rain. I looked back up at Ian. Him staring down at me gave me an uneasy feeling but somewhat settling in a strange way. I looked down at his lips then back to his eyes watching him do the same to me. Involuntarily I licked my lips as his got closer. My breathing hitched as his lips where just a whisper on mine.

A tug on my hand had me opening my eyes and seeing that Ian wasnt there anymore. I looked down at  my hand than back up to see Brody standing there his face stern. A small smile started to grace his face as he pulled me closer. His green eyes looking down into my brown ones had me hyperventalating on the inside. Im not saying that Ian didnt have the same effect on me but there was something about Brody that held me captive. 

Brody lowered his head, his lips inches from mine. Taking a deep breathe I leaned in closer, the smell of mint washing over my face before I felt his cool lips on mine. My thoughts were mixing together, some saying this was good some with the opposite feeling, and others along the lines of somethings missing. Brody deepened the kiss his hand sliding into my hair, my arms going around his neck while my fingers tugged on the ends of his hair at his neck.

Rain began to pour and the feeling of another set of hands had me pulling away from Brody only to see that Ian had appeared and was kissing up my arm to my left shoulder and up my neck. The sensations running through my body had my toes curling. All of a sudden the rain turned into steam and a started to get a little hot. At first I thought it was just in the moment type thing but I opened my eyes and no one was there but the air was getting hotter as if someone turned the heat up on full blast.

The meadow turned into a desert the steam was no longer there. The sun was shining high in the sky only feeling like it was getting closer and closer. My body no longer sweating my throat was dry and black spots started to appear in my vision. 'Its starting' I looked around for the voice but there was no one around. Calling for help was useless with my tongue being dry. Ian and Brody appeared both looking down at me. I tried asking for help but they just stared at me looking at me as if they were waiting for something to happen. 

'Its starting.' and as they said that my body was in cased in flames.

My eyes opening into the darkness of my room my mouth feeling dehydrated. Taking a deep breathe and throwing the covers off me I walked down the hall and into the kitchen grabbing a water bottle out of the fridge. After gulping all the contents out of it I set the empty bottle on the counter, grabbed another and walked back towards my room.

Still in a slight daze I didnt notice the person sitting in my living room. Stopping in front of the t.v I turned towards them and nearly knocking the tv over as I jumped back. "Miss me."
