choi soojin, after telling her friends to order the food, comes out of the restaurant to take a few pictures. the view is so nice.
while taking pictures of the view near the beach, the girl has been texting on her phone when, abruptly, she gets pushed by someone. "hey! watch out!" being startled she exclaims. it makes her phone crack a little as it falls down. shit.
her curious eyes follow where that specific stranger was rushing to. it was a young teenager as far as she could tell, wearing a hoodie which sort of covered her face.
before she could comprehend anything she again gets bumped into someone. the heck?
now this time, it was a young man standing infront of her, wearing a cap which covered half his face, a mask to cover the other half. she frowns looking at him. "i'm sorry!" he says hurriedly.
"it's okay- why's everyone bumping into me?" she says, more like to herself.
"did you see a young girl just now? wearing hoodie?" he is looking around as he says.
"yeah- she just went that way," she points at the direction. she was still confused.
"she's been following me," they both make an eye contact for a second before he looks somewhere else.
awfully familiar.
"then why are you following her?" she asks, emphasizing the word 'her'.
"i'm not following her. i'm literally trying to free myself from that stalker. but i need the police to catch her."
"oh..right."
the girl looks the other way as well, when she suddenly points that specific stalker the boy has mentioned.
"there! on the opposite side of the road-"
"where?" he searches in vain.
"come with me."
she thought if she were with him, he'd be safer. so she drags him along.
by the time, that hoodie girl has already run off but they still go after her. after which felt like half an hour, they finally catch her as soojin grabs the girl's hoodie. "what the heck, girl?" soojin is already panting.
she was still grabbing the girl by the collar as she notices the boy dials someone's number and call them.
"yes, found her. you guys don't have to come. i'll be alright."
after a few minutes, the police come.
damn.
she takes a few glances at the boy who was with her the whole time. he notices as he takes off his mask.
"what the-?" park jongseong?
the police has already caught the girl as they leave.
"thank you," jay says.
she still couldn't connect anything.
"are you..okay?"
"uh- yeah. you're welcome, jay," she is at lost of words but still she manages to say something.
"you know me?" he smiles.
damn damn damn
"yes. i'm an engene," being so overwhelmed she utters.
"woah," he was still smiling. "what's your name?"
he asked my name!
"it's soojin!"
"cute," he mumbles.
"huh?"
"thanks again, soojin! i hope i'll see you soon i mean again? i'll get going then!" he says when he notices a car arrives. it was enhypen's car so she assumed the other members were in it.
"uh- yeah of course, jay! oh my god. bye!" she waves at him as he flushes a genuine smile before waving at her and getting inside the car.
she gets on her feet to get a glimpse of any other members but she fails to do so.
at the same time she doesn't notice another boy who was staring at her from inside the vehicle.
so enhypen rented that place?
