wherein he was supposed to text his band member. but his plan went in vain as he ended up texting a person who was none other than one of his fans.

"i'll leave now," jake says while looking down at the band aid on his knee wearing a smile on his face. soojin nods. her gaze falls on jake's phone on the sofa when it lights up because of a notification.
a notification from twitter. the more she looks, the clearer she sees what it says. a notification of a post she's posted.
what?
jake quickly takes his phone in his hand. "what are you looking at?" he nervously grins.
"jake.."
"yes, darling?"
"you-" soojin comes forward to grab his phone as he moves behind until his back rests on the wall.
"you follow me on twitter?" she frowns. "but that's not possible," clearly not noticing their intimacy.
"i-"
she stares at him.
"fine. yeah. i have a fan account," he presses his lips together.
"excuse me?"
"that jake account is mine. jake underscore engene," jake avoids her gaze while his palm moves to his nape slowly going up and down, clearly a bit anxious of her finding it out.
"ha!" soojin can't believe it. she's been friends with him way before that. "you knew?"
he nods. "of course, darling. see? we are just meant to be."
"i feel dumbfounded."
jake chuckles when he notices how close she was standing. he leans his head forward. "i liked you way before that."
soojin's eyes widen at the realization. "you can say it was just fate," his hands softly wraps around her waist. she smiles back.
he closes the distance between them as his lips almost touch hers. "permission, please," he nearly whispers. soojin nods as an automatic smile replaces her reaction.
"words, baby. use words for me," he is practically teasing her now.
"permission granted," she tilts her head as she smiles.
then he leans in for a kiss. their lips only touch for a second before he deepens the kiss by pulling her closer.
her hands wrap around his nape as their lips move in sync.
he smells like roses, tastes like strawberries and feels like cotton candy and she's showering in the rain. his grip around her tightens as he tilts his head to deepen the kiss.
their heart beats in rhythm feeling their stomachs with butterflies.
breaking the kiss, jake aligns his forehead to hers as they rest, catching their breath.
"so i have another permission to ask. can i be your boyfriend?"
