After the class ended, people slowly began to leave the room, ready to head back to their Common Rooms or to their friends before the dinner starts. "Thanks again for sharing the book, Remus. I promise I'll have it next time with me." I smile while picking the school bag from the floor and throw it on my shoulder. I had told him about the restocking fiasco earlier. Remus chuckles:"Don't mention it. It wasn't a problem, really.". In light spirit, we both walk out of the classroom among the others while talking about our next Potions class that will be this Wednesday, and how we both will most likely fail that one as well. "Remus, over here!" someone suddenly calls further away. Both of us right away turn our heads towards the voice.

It's James Potter and rest of his friend group. Clearly waiting for him after their own optional subjects. Remus flashes them a smile and gives me a quick nod:"See you later then, (Y/N).", and joins his friends. "Yeah. See you." my voice sounds like a whisper as I watch him go. Immediately when he joins his friends, they began to tease him about hanging out with a girl. Can't hear what they are saying as they are walking away, but by the way they keep smirking, shoving and trying to ruffle top of his head confirms they are definitely teasing him. Remus on the other hand doesn't seem to be pleased as he keeps slapping their hands away from him and speeds up his steps to get away from them. I can still hear their loud laugh, even after they left out of the sight. They are pretty tight friend group, aren't they?

While watching the direction they went, my ears caught up familiar voice coming from the classroom right next to me and I turn to look. It's Lily, who's coming out of the Potions classroom, walking side by side with Snape. They are the last ones in there. "I can't believe you managed to do that! First one to ever make the potion correctly! Think about it, Severus. You should be proud of yourself!" Lily cheers, clearly trying to get him to smile. But there is no emotion what so ever on his face that he's happy or as excited about this as the Gryffindor next to him. Guess he's still sulking about the lost of House points. "If you say so." he simply reply. "Oh, come on now. You got the Liquid Luck! What's more amazing than that?" she giggles. Sometimes I forget these two are actually friends. They just haven't spend as much time together thru out these years, compared the first three years they've been here. Wonder why that is?

Just then, I realize I'm standing too close to the entry and take a step to the side, so they can get out of the classroom. Lily right away smiles at me as she walks away from the doorway and stops:"Looks like you and I got a lot of catching up to do, (Y/N). If we want to be as good as Severus here, that is.". This awkward smile raises up on my face as my eyes quickly ticks between her and the Slytherin beside her:"Heh, yeah.". This is an odd scenario. Standing here. Smiling. Even every part of my being is telling me to run when this scary person keeps staring down on me like I'm his next prey to dig his teeth into if there weren't for Lily. Even my palms are even sweating! Merlin, save me. "Evans!" someone shouts other side of the corridor, and all three of us turn to look. It's a girl from the seventh year, who's wearing Gryffidor's Quidditch robes and she's waving her hand:"Come on, hurry up!". Both of Lily's eyebrows raise as she remembers how she should be heading to her Quidditch practice:"Oh! Yes, just a moment!". The seventh year nods and continues her way to outside.

Lily then turns to me again as she takes a few steps away from us:"You two should come watch us play. We're going to do deep divings today. It's a lot of fun!". Just when I'm about to happily accept the offer, the Slytherin speaks:"Like many times before, I'll say it again; I am not coming anywhere near that pitch.". Lily rolls her eyes, like she has heard him say that many times before. Snape is quick to continue, changing his tone more darker:"And... As I recall it, I got somewhere to be the next two weeks after classes. Merely because someone didn't know how to respect the school rules.". As he said that, he lowers those black eyes on me again, sending these small shivers down my back. Oh, he's going to kill me when we are left alone. Lily nods, looking quite dismissive to Snape's words as her focus is already on the group of other players that are walking other side of the corridor:"Uh-huh. Yeah. Right.".
