Rosalie was in awe of the clearing that she'd never seen before.

Which is unusual given that her and her family explored quite a lot of these woods, and somehow never came across this clearing before.

Or if they had, it looked quite different now.

It seemed almost like the forest was glowing, the flowers were so very vibrant, the moon shown in the sky, a full moon at that.

The moon cast an ethereal light down on the forest clearing making it look even more magical than if it were to be seen in the sunlight.

Then there were little balls of lights, floating in the air and casting a slightly magical look to the clearing, clearly this was actual magic at play given the balls of light glowed purple, casting a purple haze of light through the clearing

In the middle of the clearing sat a picnic blanket, obviously for them to sit on.

Isaac was rocking on his heels, a bit nervous for Rosalie's reaction.

This clearing was found one night when he was first getting settled, and when he went on a run in wolf form.

It had stolen his breath away when he first saw it.

The place was literally right on the ley line that ran through the city, and so it was protected by magic, given that you could only find it if you had magic in your veins.

Isaac believed that this was the best place to take a vampire on a date.

It was out in nature, so there was no pressure for her to act human, there was no one else around but them, which meant they could use their supernatural abilities whenever and however they wanted, and this place was close enough to animals, in case Rosalie decided she wanted to hunt for dinner if she didn't like the blood pops.

"So, do you like it?" Isaac asked quite hesitantly.

Rosalie turned towards Isaac, a bright grin on her face that stole his breath away once again.

Because in that moment Isaac swore the moon shone down on her and she seemed to glow like the angel he was so sure she was.

The wind that came out of literally nowhere, seemed to ruffle her hair in just the right way, and her smile seemed to be almost blinding.

Isaac was almost sure he had died and gone to heaven, because there was no way someone as beautiful and as ethereal as Rosalie, was not an angel of some kind.

"It's perfect." Rosalie said as she looked out at the clearing once again.

This knocked Isaac out of his daze, and he silently offered his hand to her.

Which she gladly took. He led her over towards the picnic blanket, silently sitting down, and helping her sit down as well.

He ruffled around his bag, literally sticking his whole right arm into, much to Rosalie's shock and curiosity.
