Aaira opened her eyes slowly, adjusting to the light streaming in through the window. She yawned and stretched her arms, feeling the morning air on her skin as she hugged her teddy which was besides her.
As she got up She looked at her mother picture which was kept on table besides her bed as she picked up the picture, staring at her mother's picture. She smiled softly, feeling a mix of sadness and gratitude. She ran her fingers over the picture.
After some minutes she stood up and went inside bathroom and turned on the shower, letting the warm water cascade over her body. She felt the tension from the previous day slowly melt away as she let the water soothe her tired muscles.
Aaira's thoughts drifted to the person who had captured her heart years ago. It had been 10 years since she last seen him, but no matter how hard she tried, she couldn't shake him from her mind. She closed her eyes, remembering his sweet gestures and sound of his voice...
Aaira left the bathroom after shower, feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. She changed into a fresh pair of clothes before taking a moment to do a simple makeup. She applied a little bit of blush, did a little eye makeup and lip gloss, wanting to look presentable for the day ahead.

Sofia, who was setting the table, looked up at Aaira with a warm smile.
