(2009 time skip)
The last 8 years had been a whorl wind of change. But now it felt like life was finally calming down. Well maybe a little bit.. you and John got married in 2005 he proposed while the guys were on tour he flew you all the way out to a show they were playing in Paris and proposed to you right in front of the Eifel Tower. You of course said yes. 8 months later you and John had a beautiful ceremony surrounded by close friends and family. (Chad made a drunk embarrassing speech about you and John that almost gave your grandma a heart attack) but overall it was an amazing day and more than you could ever ask for. You and John had your own house now. A big mansion in a private area close to the beach in California. John had a creative break through writing Stadium Arcadium he was so proud of the songs he wrote and the album did super well. The guys continued to tour but life had a little surprise for you and John. About 3 months ago you found out you were pregnant. You were elated, and so was John.. eventually. John was happy he was just scared he'd never really pictured himself as a dad before he was scared but he also wanted to start a family with you and couldn't wait to begin this next chapter with you all that mattered to him now was you and the baby. About a month ago John decided to quit the band. The two of you had long long long talks about this decision you didn't want him to quit on your account or just because you were pregnant. But John assured you that you weren't forcing him at all and that he really just felt a bit of creative burnout and detached from the band he need a break and you supported him. So that's where you and John have ended up married in a brand new mansion with a baby on the way. Currently you sat cuddled on the couch together watching a movie one of your cats was on your lap and John was petting it you felt so happy and relaxed as you felt the rise and fall of his chest. Sometimes you couldn't believe you really made it here. You couldn't believe that the random decision to go to your friend Anthony's house in the pouring rain lost and sobbing would have lead you to the love of your life. To the one that was meant to be. "Woo who" "Y/n?" John said waving a hand in front of your face. "You alright" he asked chuckling. You snapped back to reality "Yeah sorry i am I'm really ok I've never been happier" you said smiling. John smiled. "Yeah me either " John said kissing the top of your head.
