After that fight, you followed Serena, who at her residence and bandaged your arm.

Serena: This is strange magic.

Y/N: What do you mean?

Serena: Your arm is afflicted with arcane energy, but it's shrouded in a nightly veil that I can't see. Maybe it's from your mother's domain?

Y/N: So what, night magic? Moon magic?

Serena: Maybe, though the moon does favor you. Honestly, your eyes are any witches' desire. Looking at them. I don't have to worry about the next cycle since I can see it in your gaze. Have you spoken with the Goddess of the Moon?

Y/N: You mean Artemis?

Serena: No, Artemis, in a way, is associated with the moon, but Selene is the personification of it.

Y/N:.... Does that mean there is a goddess in my eyes?

Serena: Don't be stupid. But, looking closer, your eyes do mirror the night sky. I can even see stars. Like a star chart.

  Medusa groans in your lap.

Serena: Sorry, Medusa. I don't mean to make you jealous.

Medusa: It'sssss fine.

Serena: Though I must ask. Those marks under your eyes are etched into your skin. Do they hurt?

You raise your left hand to your face, feeling the marks as they are skin deep under your eyes.

Y/N: They don't hurt, but at least they look cool.

Once Serena bandages your arm, you reach down, holding Medusa's head up and kissing her cheeks.

Y/N: Aww, don't worry, darling. We'll gaze upon one another soon enough.~

Medusa was frazzled at your bold actions, all while Serena just looked with irritation as you so casually just kissed Medusa all over her face.

Her snakes even seem frazzled at the whole thing. Though you didn't mind.

Serena: If you don't mind, I need to enchant your bandages. I am unsure what magic has infested your arm, so at least let me enchant then to suppress it, at least until mom comes back.

Y/N: Oh, I've been meaning to ask. How is Hecate?

Serena: What do you mean? Are you trying to flirt with her right in front of your girlfriend?

Y/N: I mean, as a mother.

Serena looks up, surprised that you asked such a question.

Y/N: What was it like to for you?

Serena paused for the moment to think. You both were close and hung out since you were youth. Though she always seemed like kind of a bad girl. Skipping class sometimes, smoking, and things of that nature.

Serena: She was good. But she told me when I was younger about who she really was. Though, my dad died when I was younger, before I met you. So she had me go live with my uncle on my father's side. And he couldn't be more of an asshole. Though, if I was never with him, I'd have never met you. But with my mom being Hecate, she had to be gone a lot. So it kinda passed me off a bit. Though as I got older, I never really questioned it.

Y/N: Hmm, so I can imagine it wasn't fun when she was gone.

Serena: No, and she was gone a lot. What about you? You were raised by Athena your whole life. What was that like?

Y/N:.... Honestly, she was kind of a hard ass. But, she did have some love for me. At least, I felt it. Maybe.

Serena: It's not like you to act so somber.
