Chapter 19: Harsh Teaching

  Toke passed as you all returned to the camp. After the hunt, you and the others were congratulated on your hunt as you stood before the others with Audrey and Xavier.

Artemis: Well done, my wolves. Seems you all won the day against such a terrible foe. You've all done great, but only one of you can lead the Odyssey.

  She starts with Audrey.

Artemis: Audrey, your strength and skill in combat are not questioned. You are a powerful individual who we are lucky to have. Then you slayed the lion.

  Then to Xavier.

Artemis: Xavier, you were quick-witted to survive the beast for as long as you did, and you severed the serpent.

  Then to you.

Artemis: Y/N. Your mind organized the group and made you all act as a functioning pack. Inspiring your allies to fight. Then you decapitated the goat.

  Artemis stands before all three of you.

Artemis: Now, the question is, which one of you should lead the Odyssey? For that, we shall take in the practice of democracy. Everyone here will take a vote on who would lead us to victory. In the meantime, rest everyone. For you all still have training to get to.

  Everyone leaves as you feel Artemis' gaze on you.

Artemis: Come with me (Y/N). I have something to give you.

  Artemis walks off as you hesitate to follow her. She takes you to where the sound of voices trail off.

  You wall with the goddess of the hunt for a time until you come across a spring. The waters were crystal clear as many dryads and Nymphs tended to it.

Y/N: What is this?

Artemis: Your reward.

  Artemis lifts her shirt from her body, then unbuttons her pants. Leaving herself bare for your eyes to see. But you did not expect this action.

  She turns to you as you see her body on full display. And you were unable to deny the beauty of it.

  You were speechless as she walked over to you. Wrapping her arms around you and picking you up on her grasp.

Y/N: A-Artemis!

  She shushes you as she brings her lips to yours. You did not want to, but the feeling felt too inviting.

  You kissed her back, but you quickly composed yourself.

Y/N: Artemis, what has gotten into you!? First you wanna kill me and now you want... whatever this is?

Artemis: I can't help it. Then when I looked at you, I despised you, but it's like now whenever I see you, you make my body burn with desire. I want you. I truly do.

  She kisses you again, but you worm your way out of her grasp.

Y/N: Even then, your whole thing is being a virgin goddess. I will not defile that part of you. Besides.... I kinda have Medusa.

  Her eye twitches a bit as she takes a deep breath.

Artemis: All right. I may be moving too fast. But don't think I'll stop. You were cursed with an attractive figure. So do be careful.

  She leans in, her hot breath om your ear.

Artemis: I always get my prey in the end.

  She gives you a small kiss on the cheek as you watch her get in the spring.

Artemis: You may go. Be careful now, little wolf. I love you.~

  You shiver a bit as you walk back to your house. Feeling a bit aroused from the encounter, but not wanting the anger of every god on you if you took her virginity.
