FLORENCE STOOD BACKSTAGE, breathing deeply as she ran through the choreography in her mind.
all her friends, including finn, had made their way to the vip tent — wishing her good luck and waving off in excitement.
"hey, flo!" she whipped her head around.
louis.
"louis? what are you doing back here?" she questioned, walking toward him. "figured you'd be extra nervous, didn't want you to be alone." he rushed out, wiping his hands on his pants and looking around.
"thanks, louis. i appreciate it, like a lot. i'm on in 3," she told him.
they sunk into conversation, giving florence a moment to relax before she went on.
"florence, you're on in 1!" a crew member called out, stopping their conversation in the middle.
"hey, flo, you got this. you're a natural." he pulled her into a hug, the intro music booming through the stadium.
florence moved into her spot, looking over the back of her shoulder to catch a glimpse of louis before she began to rise onto the stage.
