chapter twenty four – sundae
FLORENCE LAUGHED, WAVING AT THE crowd as she went under the stage. She did one last jump, throwing her arms out and catching a final glimpse of the audience before ducking under to leave.
"Florence! Great show!"
"That was amazing, Florence!"
"Florence, you were incredible!"
She gave her thank you's, giving small hugs to whatever crew passed. She was honestly just trying to get to her friends.
"Flo!" She whipped her head around. The entirety of her friends stood there, all sweaty and smiling. "Guys!" She skipped over, pulling whoever was first into a hug.
"Flo, umm, you're squishing me a bit!"
Florence paled, realizing she had practically squeezed Louis, of all people, to death.
"Oh, right, sorry," She cleared her throat, backing away and making an uncomfortable amount of eye contact with him.
"Anyways, who wants drinks?"
