"why did you tell everyone we broke up?!" riki slammed her locker shut, his face flushed with confusement and frustration. moonbyul clutched her books, as calm as one could be as she turns around. "hey riki, what's up?"

riki scoffs in disbelief. "what's up?" he parroted, his voice incredulous. "i just got ambushed by a whole friend group asking why we broke up and Jieun nearly fainted when she heard" moonbyul snorted a laugh. "did we not?"

riki scoffs for the second time. "seriously moonbyul? why?" he whined and moonbyul shrugged nonchalantly, frustrating him further. "i woke up and decided it would be a good idea"

riki crossed his arms. "a heads up at least? they were asking me about it and i was looking at them like i just found out my dog ran away!" he tailed behind her as she walked ahead. "following your ex around? have you got no shame?" moonbyul snickered, clearly finding the situation amusing. no one can fault her really.

riki sighs. "please byul jieun will start annoying me again" he clutched her arm and moonbyul huffed in annoyance, attempting to squirm out of his grasp. "i think i've been doing enough for you and you have also done enough for me so i guess we're even, we can't keep this up"

"please~" riki cooed, wrapping his arms around her from behind, her back pressed flush against his chest. moonbyul's cheeks flush red in anger. he can't keep doing this. he can't keep messing and playing with her like this. she pushes him off abruptly, turning around.

"i said no. do you wanna hear it in italian? no!" riki raised his eyebrows as he watched her walk away. he bit back a chuckle. she was sure unique and unintentionally adorable. her confident steps, the sway of her long hair and the way she held her head high as she walked surely had its own charm.

"did she leave you standing like a moron?" sunoo's laugh snaps riki out of his thoughts. a boyish grin spread on his face as he nods his head. "of course she did" he chuckles as he shoves his hands in his pockets, leaning against the lockers.

"you don't seem that uninterested if you ask me" sunoo observed and riki groaned. "you sure seem to love getting into details don't you?" he huffed and sunoo laughs again. "details? seriously? it's written all over your face"

riki tries his hardest to mantain his cold demeanor, although the way his heart was pounding in his chest at sunoo's remark was undeniable. "you're imagining things" riki muttered, though is voice lacked conviction. he pulls his hood over his head before sighing.

sunoo grins, clearly not buying it. to riki's dismay, he was good at figuring out liars. "so? now what? are you going to try to win her back?" riki bites the inside of his cheek, seeming to think for a good minute. "it's not like it was real for me to want to win her back" he rolls his eyes.
