I never missed those words so much, as I cross the finish line I see all the fans screaming and waving, "You are the world champion sarah amazing work" Lucas informs me over the radio "Thanks Lucas, it hasn't kicked in yet, please get me some red bull or something, I'm not feeling great" I say over the radio. As I stop at the 1st place sign, I take a second to soak everything in

"Sadez!" I hear Paul scream running to the car, "Paul, I hate to ask this but please help me out of the car" I say giving him my hand, This race was a really tough one on me, my neck and everything is pretty sore, he chuckles and pulls me up. I pump my fists in the air and hop off the car. "I fucking did it..." I say looking at Paul with tears in my eyes, he pulls me in for a hug and I accept, Lucas runs over to us with my red bulls pulling me into a hug "Thanks Lucie" I say with a wink taking a sip of my redbull.
I run to my team and jump into there arms, I recieve pats on my back and helmet, I turn my head and see the most important people in my life: Kimi, Arth, Charles, Lorenzo, Maman and Seb. I run towards them and jump into there arms, I really can't hold the tears anymore. "I'm so proud of you Fleur" My mother says kissing my helmet, I quickly take my helmet off and balaclava leaving my hair in messy French braids "I wish Jules and Papa was here" I say wiping the sweat off of my forehead "We all wish they were here" Charles says bringing us in for a big group hug, "sorry I'm so sweaty" I say with a chuckle unzipping my race suit to my hips and they chuckle to, "Good job Kiddo" Kimi says giving me a hug, a hug that I truly appreciate "Thank you Kimi, Your the best mentor and you mean a lot to me" I say releasing the hug and giving Seb a hug "Thank you Sebbie" I say with a chuckle "You did it on your Own Sar, I can't wait to see you in your RedBull era" he says and I roll my eyes, it's truly painfully seeing old people try to keep up with the times "Sorry to ruin the moment but Interviews are up Sar" Jessica says and I nod waving at everyone

So this is it I guess, my last season in F2, and the beginning of my formula 1 career. I always dreamt of racing in an f1 car and now it's a dream Come true. I've been Growing up with these cars, these drivers, the fuel, the smell of burning rubber on track. I think I'm finally ready...ready to prove that if a man can do something, a woman can do it to or maybe better, to prove that I'm not weak since I'm a diabetic and to prove that I'm not stoppable, I'm unstoppable. Formula 1 isn't just a hobby for me, it's my life. I breathe formula 1.
AND SO THE 2024 SEASON COMES TO AN END, GOODBYE
