Chapter 8: Mistaken

NO ONE'S POV

Colet is busy typing on her phone, waiting for the girl she's chatting with to arrive.

Andito s'ya sa may part nong lumang building ng University, she's waiting for her new hookup.

For the past two months since dumating sila rito sa Pilipinas wala s'yang nakaharutan dahil mas inuna n'ya atupagin lahat ng needs nila ng mga kaibigan n'ya dahil s'ya rin ang inutusan ng parents n'ya at dahil na rin s'ya ang panganay.

As a famous daughter of a business tycoon and a member of a famous band named Pestilence Viel, hindi maiwasang maraming nagkakagusto at humarot sa kaniya but none of them succeeded in getting her attention dahil sobrang busy s'ya.

And then there was a girl named Chie Felomino, her blockmate from a minor subject, who kept flirting with her.

Noong una hindi n'ya ito inintindi pero dahil nakukulitan na si Colet, pumayag na rin s'ya and agreed to meet her in the old building.

When she read Chie's text, Colet hurriedly went to the third floor and entered a classroom na medyo madilim ang paligid.

To her luck, she saw Chie, na nakatalikod while hunching over an armchair.

"It's time to have fun." Bulong ni Colet sa sarili n'ya at nag simulang mag lakad papalapit kay Chie.

Ready to release her frustration from the past few months, malakas ang loob n'yang umupo sa nakayukong babae.

Without hesitation, she took the girl's head in her hands, leaned in, and kissed her torridly habang nakapikit.

Naramdaman naman na nabigla ito ay medyo nanlalaban but Colet doesn't give a fuck and continue kissing Chie or......

As she pulled away, she was startled to see the girl's face.

It wasn't Chie at all-it was Maloi the student council vice president.

Maloi's eyes flew open in shock and fury.

"What the hell are you doing!? Putangina first kiss ko 'yon!" Galit na galit na sigaw nito at pinag hahampas si Colet na ngayon ay napatayo.

Colet's eyes widened in embarrassment and confusion.

"PISKIT SORRY DI KO ALAM OUCH HOY YAWA ANG BRUTAL MO!" Naguguluhan sigaw nito habang pinipigilan si Maloi kakahampas sa kaniya.

Galit na galit na tumayo si Maloi at pinag hahampas pa si Colet.

"I was just trying to take a nap tapos bigla ka na lang many hahalik d'yan?! Sino ka ba? Isusumbong kita kay daddy!" Mangiyak ngiyak ka sigaw ni Maloi.

It's true, napadpad lang s'ya rito para matulog saglit dahil sa sobrang dami n'yang gawain.

Hindi naman s'ya makapunta sa office nila dahil alam n'yang may pinabago na naman s'yang gagawin at naguguilty s'yang makitang tambak din ang gawain ng mga kaibigan n'ya dahil sa kalokohan n'yang ginawa.

"I'm really sorry! I didn't mean to-" Colet began, pero hindi s'ya pinatapos ni Maloi.

"No! Just get out! Baka makapatay ako tangina mo!" Maloi snapped.

Feeling mortified and guilty, napatango si Colet.

She saw tears in Maloi's eyes and felt a deep pang of guilt.

Even though she wanted to apologize further, she knew it would only make things worse.

So she left the room, and as luck would have it, paglabas n'ya, nakita n'ya si Chie na palapit sa kaniya.
