Yesterday I sensed Deva and Sandhya not in good terms with each other. They always steal glances at each other, have constant eye contacts, shy smile ,sneaky romances nothing happened when I am now at their house.

They behaved oddly different. I first did not take that as a big issue. Even if there is any issue, I don't want to interfere in to that and remained silent, as it is quite normal for couples to fight even over a silly thing.

When I went to call Deva and Sandhya to watch movie, I witnessed them standing close to each other and Deva holding her arms.

I teased them for romancing in the kitchen but none of them responded any. Deva left to his room stating headache which I don't think is the correct reason.

Today in the evening, except Anjana's parents, we all decided to go to a mall and got ready. Actually Deva and Sandhya were not showing interest, but me and Anjana forcefully made them agree to accompany us in our car.

"I will come in my bike" Deva said.

"anna.. I know what's your plan. You are thinking of Romancing manni, that is the reason you want to come in bike. Am I right? But no way.. I will not allow that. Both of you come with us in car" said Anjana.

Deva at first denied but later agreed to her request. I drove the car while Anjana sat on the passenger seat. Deva and Sandhya at the back maintaining a distance.

Deva is not a clingy person and always maintains distance, but this distance did not seem right for me.

We drove to the mall having general conversations. Upon reaching the mall, we all strolled together and took some pics. Deva and Sandhya refused to stand together for pose.

Anjana teased them for being overly shy to pose for a photo. A while later, Anjana insisted us to a dress shopping and dragged me.

"Anja.. you go with your bro.. I will wait here"

"Why? come let us all go .Sandhya come na"

"hmm no.. I recently purchased few dresses, I am not buying anything. You carry on" replied Sandhya

"Deva , you and Anja carry on with shopping. We both will wait near that cafe" I said.

Anjana gave me a pout.

"Anja..you spend some time with your bro. I don't want to disturb your siblings time. Likewise, I need to spend some time with my best friend"

Finally she agreed and left with Deva. I gave my card to Anjana but Deva refused to let her borrow.

Me and Sandhya went to the cafe and occupied a table for ourselves. Ordering a coffee, I asked what the issue was.

She was hesitant to let me know the boiling problem with her and her husband. I understand. It might be their personal. May not even be a big matter or she might not feel comfortable to share it with me if it is too personal to share.

"Sandhya.. I know there is some problem going on between you and Deva. But don't know what it is. I don't know who is wrong or who is right here .. but try to settle the matters soon. You both fell in love with each other even before your marriage was fixed , that too without reciprocating your feelings. And now staying distant in the same house, throwing cold shoulders.. these are all not good."

"I am at fault. actually he was also at fault" she said sniffing

"did you apologize and clarify him that you realized your mistake?"

"no.. I have not..what if he scolds me?? actually he apologized a week back. But then I was not over with it. At the heat of the moment, I spoke something degrading him financially which .. for which he got hurt deeply and I regret for talking that way" she uttered sniffing simultaneously wiping the tears.
