The Power of Love

Poppy frees Branch from being a rock zombie

Barb was about to play her guitar with the strings when suddenly she got hit with a book in the face and fell over.

''I guess a giant comprehensive manual does come in handy.'' Branch shouted standing on the edge of Sheila with his captains hat on and smirking at Barb with the Reggaeton and K- pop trolls with him.

''Branch!'' Poppy called out excitedly.

''Well guess Poppy's little boyfriend came to crash the concert.'' She sneered.

Barb then turned the guitar at Poppy and played a chord. Branch was scared and without thinking bravely jumped over to Poppy and the chord hit Branch electrocuting him then he fell to the ground covered in a huge rock.

''Branch!..'' Poppy said loudly and scared. She held her breath and when she looked and saw the rock broke there stood Branch in black leather shorts with bracelets with spikes on them he was vestless with a troll skull on his very strong chest and a few tattoos on his hands his hair was in a mullet form and he had earrings in and his eyes were red. He held up his hands grinning. ''ROCK ON!!!'' He screamed.

''Oh sick it totally works!'' Barb said happily.

''Your turning everyone into rock zombies?'' Asked Poppy mad at Barb

''Yep and I can't wait to party.'' She said.

Poppy escaped and Barb saw here get down and run. ''Not so fast popsqueak, hey boy toy go get Poppy and bring her to me oh and have fun torturing while your at it.'' The rock queen grins, Branch nods and takes off in the direction she went.

Poppy had managed to run she then grabbed his captains hat that had fell and places it in her hair. She had to hide she looked back to see Branch running full speed. She then took off running more looking for a place to hid. There were trolls everywhere she ducked and dodged between them and used her hair to swing around and get farther away with Branch will close on her tail.

''Oh Poppy I'm coming for you just surrender is all and you'll be so happy with rock as our song.'' He said and grins licking his lips growling as he chases her.

The pink queen continued to run she was scared she had always wanted Branch to chase her like this but not in this rock form she had tears in her eyes and continued running she saw a couple of carts and pulled out a can sprayed it and it turned into a spider web and caught rock Branch. ''Not fair I will get you.'' He called out he growled and got free.

This gave the queen a chance to hide she came to a quiet empty side of town she was getting tired and she came into an alleyway and she was at a dead end she went behind two rocks that were pushed together she stayed there and calmed down her breathing. She blamed herself she should of listened to Branch and not left him this was her fault and she was scared. She was there for about 6 or 7 minutes.

Branch was after her she had gotten a bit away but he followed her and he ran until he came to the alleyway he stopped and listened he could hear her heartbeat with his ears rock troll he was he still had his ears. He slowly walked down the alleyway.

''Poppy come on out I know your hiding why do this all queen Barb wants is for all of the trolls to be united just like you want. Come on out with me we will go back to her and she will turn you into a rock troll like me and you and me can be together we can play rock music and we can rule together as boyfriend and girlfriend neither way I will have you one way or another.'' He said.

Poppy was still hiding and nervous she wanted all of that but she wanted him to be back to normal she decided to stop running and she slowly came out standing in front of him scared and sad to see her crush like this.

Suddenly she was wrapped into his hair and he pinned her to the wall and holding her still and comes closer to her his eyes red and a wicked grin. ''So there you are good girl listening to me.'' He said he presses her to the wall with his hair like a handcuff on her wrist.

''B-Branch please.. I know you are there it doesn't have to be this way come back to me please.. I need you Branch.'' She said pleadingly trying to find him.

''You do have me.'' He said.

''No I don't I lost you Branch back by the river when I didn't listen to you and now I lost you again this isn't the real you even thought you look good without your vest. Please come back.'' She said.

He stared at her. She then took a chance and did what she should of done some time ago she kissed him. Branch was surprised but then kisses back passionately his hands on both sides of her head, she wraps her arms around his neck and then they both felt something Poppy opened her eyes and was surprised to see her Branch back his eyes were the blue eyes she loved his hair had gone back to its normal size mullet gone he still had the rock troll look but was back.

'P-Poppy?'' He asked looking at her.

''Yes Branch, its me oh your back.'' She hugs him and he hugs her.

''Poppy did I hurt you?'' He asked worried and blushed a bit seeing his arms on her shoulders.

''No you didn't I kissed you and now your back I don't get it.'' She said.

''True love, true love is the reason I'm back. Your kiss was that of true love and me saving you Poppy I love you.'' He said.

''I love you too Branch.'' She said smiling and shyly.

''So can we do a kiss again?'' He asked.

''Yes of course.'' Poppy said and pulled out his captains hat placing it on his head and leans in as they kiss their arms around each other.

They then went back and restored peace to every troll and Barb became there friend.
