Chapter 12. Relax daddy

Aria POV
I woke up crying from a bad dream and I only sobbed even more when I noticed Caleb wasn't in the room with me. "D-daddy." I cried for him. I grabbed Mr Tinkles from off the bed hugging him tightly as I got down from the bed slowly.

"D-daddy." I cried out as I walked out of the bedroom out into the hallway. "D-daddy w-where a-are y-you?" I asked through tears. I made my way downstairs as I heard footsteps coming towards me.

"D-daddy." I cried louder. I noticed Aaron rushing over to me as I cried. I tripped as I tried stepping down the last staircase causing me to fall onto my knees in front of Aaron.

"Princess are you okay?" Aaron asked me as I cried even more from the harsh fall I made. "Princess." I looked up at him as he called for me once more.

"D-don't c-call m-me t-that o-only d-daddy c-calls m-me t-that." I argued not liking anyone else calling me that except for Caleb. "Sorry won't happen again." He assured me.

I got up on my own as tears continued rushing down my cheeks. "Caleb isn't home yet he'll be back soon." He told me as I looked around for him. "W-why d-did h-he l-leave m-me?" I asked sadly.

"He didn't want to wake you up out your sleep." He explained to me. "I w-want h-him." I cried. "I know you do but I promise he's gonna be home any moment now." He assured me while guiding me towards the living room.

"You wanna watch a cartoon with me and eat some breakfast?" He asked me. "N-no." I refused. "How about some bacon?" He asked me. "N-no." I refused once more.

"You have to eat something." He reasoned but I nodded my head no refusing to eat anything without Caleb. I sat on the couch quietly while he put on a movie for himself to watch.

I didn't know where Caleb went but I missed him a lot and all I wanted was to be in his arms right now and no where else just with him. I laid my head against Aaron's shoulder as I grew sleepy again from crying so much.

I closed my eyes slowly and fell asleep without a second thought to it. I felt him cover me in a small soft blanket as I hugged Mr Tinkles tightly in my arms for extra support as I fell asleep.

                           A few hours later...

Caleb POV
I was on my way home from my office. I couldn't wait to get home just to see her and hear her beautiful melodic voice. She was all I thought about throughout my day she consumed my mind like a drug.

I turned into my driveway of my house parking my car in the driveway. I got out my car making my way inside the house quietly. "Aria!" I called for her as I made my way upstairs to our bedroom.

I walked into our bedroom noticing she wasn't in there. "Aria!" I called for her as I made my way back downstairs towards the living room. "Princess I'm home!" I announced walking into the living room.

I stopped in my tracks as soon as I noticed her sleeping on Aaron's lap. "Aria!" I yelled angrily. Aaron woke up flinching out his sleep staring at me surprised.

"She fell asleep on me I swear Caleb I didn't even know." He defended himself as he got up from the couch quickly. Aria finally woke up confused and scared whining softly as she woke up staring at me.

I turned around and walked away angrily making my way back upstairs to my room. I slammed my bedroom door closed sitting on the edge of my bed angrily.
