Aria POV
I made my way downstairs to the kitchen to get myself a snack and drink. Layla followed behind me to get herself something to eat and drink as well.I walked over to the fridge to make myself a sandwich cause I was pretty hungry. I grabbed the turkey, lettuce, and tomatoes along with mustard and mayo.
I closed the fridge setting down everything on the kitchen counter so I could start making my sandwich. I grabbed a butter knife so I could spread the mayo and mustard on the bread evenly.
I added a few slices of turkey and provolone cheese on top before I added the lettuce and tomatoes. I walked over to the pantry to get the jalapeño chips to add on my sandwich as well.
I grabbed the bag and opened it grabbing a couple chips and adding it on top of the sandwich before I put the other slice of bread on top and smushed it down.
I walked over to the cabinet to get myself a plate. I stepped on my tippy toes to reach up as high as I could with my arm to get a plate for myself. I barely reached the plate my fingertips touching it as I struggled to get one down.
I started pulling one down but then a second plate slipped down from the other side falling down on the floor near my feet shattering completely all over the floor.
My mouth fell open as I let go of the other plate which quickly fell and shattered on the counter slicing my finger open. "S-shit." I cursed under my breath as blood came rushing down my arm from my finger.
Tears welled up in my eyes as I cursed repeatedly under my breath from the stinging pain of the cut. "Are you okay?" Layla asked worriedly. "I-it h-hurts." I cried in pain.
Aaron and Caleb came running into the kitchen from the loud shattering noise I caused. "What happened?" Aaron asked worriedly. I began to cry even more as I noticed Caleb's eyes widen from all the broken plates on the floor.
I ran out of the kitchen towards the stairs running as fast as I could into my bedroom to hide from him. I ran inside the room shutting the door quickly and locking it before I ran towards the bed and hid under the blanket.
I cried softly as my finger bled out onto my arm and onto my shirt. It stung and hurt so bad and every time I looked at it, it made me sick to my stomach cause I could tell it was a pretty deep cut on my finger.
I heard the door handle moving around as if someone was trying to get in but I locked it. "Aria open the door." He demanded knocking on the door softly.
I kept quiet too scared to open the door because I knew he was angry with me for breaking his plates that must have costed so much money and I didn't just break one I broke two of them.
"Princess open the door please." He said more softly while knocking on the door softly. "N-no y-your m-mad a-at m-me." I cried out softly. "I'm not mad at you princess I promise." He said assuringly but I just couldn't take any chances.
"Y-you a-are d-daddy." I said otherwise knowing he was angry at me. "No princess I'm not mad at you beautiful I could never be mad at you little one." He said reassuringly.
"N-no y-your g-gonna p-punish m-me." I refused once more to let him in the room. "If you don't open the door I'm gonna break in princess. I promise you I'm not mad and your not going to be punished l know it was a mistake I just want to make sure your not hurt." He said calmly.
I stayed quiet ignoring him because I didn't know if he was telling the truth or not. I was just scared he would hurt me or kick me out for being so careless with his things.
I felt so bad for breaking those plates I didn't even mean to do it I couldn't freaking reach them. I heard loud banging on the door causing me to flinch and panic all at once as I realized he was trying to break down the door.
