It has been almost 5 years since I last worked on this, and I am so sorry. The main reason I have time right now is because I am job hunting. I plan to edit a lot of my works and "remaster" them. Make them better quality grammar-wise, story-wise, and in a sense more mature. I don't like the idea of not upgrading my works even if fanfiction. I am working on actual original works as well and hope to one day publish! And I will admit those have been where I have primarily been placing my effort. But While I have this abundance of free time I am coming back and will finish these works! I also want to thank those who still comment asking if I will continue this and finish it. I am doing my best now to give you all an end to this story! TBh this one is one of my favourites, thus it actually being the longest fanfic I every wrote. Again, thank you all for your patience! I will finish this, I promise. Even if it takes a while.

Squall swirled an amber liquid within a glass cup, eyes locked onto the liquid as he mulled over the others' story. "It makes sense yet... this story is so convoluted." He mumbled, pushing back his stray strands towards the loose ponytail. "I can feel secure around you, that is for sure. So I know you speak the truth. I also felt that lonely silence backing up the fact that guardian forces were in my head... But it's so quiet now... And, My body feels so wrong? This icy problem is not stopping would that mean-"

"You and shiva are still junctioned yes... And-" Seifers dark green eyes trailed down before he abruptly sat up and dragged down the collar of Squall's shirt making the smaller brunet hunch down on the table from the force. It stunned the lion, his eyes wide as he stared at the blonde who was fully focused on the golden text on his chest. "I don't like this... It looks like it's peeling but also stuck. That means, we don't know what would happen if we get this shit off. We are lucky you didn't die or dissolve. But, You and Shiva are trapped in each other. She has been quiet and even my guardians have been overly worried. I really don't like this." A heavy sigh left the blonde as he released the other.

Head lolled back he grumbled, anger rising in his tone. "Why, why didn't you listen to me Squall. I know you can't answer but you promised me you would be careful."

The brunet stood silent. Watching carefully as small memories flickered here and there. Words of a much younger boy echoed, nothing sticking too well but. "Why do you always get in trouble?" Squall whispered to himself as he looked down, fingers gently holding his chin as he thought. "I have always got myself in trouble... But so do you." He finished before looking up to what looked to be excited greens.

"So, you can possibly get your memories back." Siefer whispered, a smile twitching the corners of his lips. "That's good to hear. I just hope when we fix this junction situation you will remember more instead of losing yourself."

Squalled hummed his agreement, idly sipping at his drink. "I hope too, I don't like being in this state. But, there is still something not answered. Who is Cloud to me?"

Seifer chuckled, leering at the other, his head cocked to the right. "Oh, that? I was told not to say anything but~"

Squall sat up. "It's not in your nature to listen to that, huh?"

Seifers smile grew as he saw hope and excitement in stormy eyes. "Not at all, he may get pissy but he can get over himself. I like seeing him mad too so there is that."

A brown brow raised, the younger said nothing, getting a laugh from the other. "Oh, you will either find out why later or remember his reactions and smack me later for it."

Rolling his eyes now, Squall waited a moment longer still not saying a word as the blonde continued to smile at him. Barely continuing his chuckles. The two stared for several moments before the brunet sighed. "Can you... Tell me now? Or do I have to wait longer?"
