Targets identified to be of a new faction in opposition with the Blokkats, however their technological prowess are slightly impressive.

Above the usual tier 3 galactic power, my investigation based on their fleet's database had concluded their tier level as a low tier 4 civilization.

Their understanding over dimensiology, higher physics, metaphysics and other subjects are paltry at best, they knew only a modicrum of the Shroud for which we have much a deeper understanding of.

Their goals are predictable yet poses as nuisance in our campaigns, few could be bargained within the alliance and few are worthy of respects.

Suggestion? Moderate oberservation and a minimum of level 2 threat classification, half of their technology are below some of our weakest armaments.

But the other half holds some merit of attention, this unit suggests to employ mass subterfuge, subversion and infiltration is recommended.

Their knowledge archive have high chances of granting us new fruitful fields of study based on my investigation.

Oh? Isn't this interesting, there's actually an alliance of galaxies that are fighting against the Blokkats? Never expected to see anyone putting up a fight against a much technological superior enemy.

Well now that's a delightful surprise but they are becoming a nuisance with my game against the Blokkats.

Hmm... there defenses aren't impressive probably because of the amount of warfare and refinement I've undergone.

Huh? Their tech is impressive a mixture of the thousands of galaxies working together to stand against the Blokkats... I am quite impress at their cooperation.

30,000 years? To last that long was quite an impressive feat, the amount of diplomatic maneuvering and management needed to sustain that was immense.

So this Grand Intergalactic Federation or Gif which was humorous to hear as it reminded me of a certain thing from the human network.

They're far ahead of any other power in the universe just below the Blokkats and my own forces.

One of my Praetorian Commander have made contact rather violently with the GIF, during the end of a skirmish against the Blokkats, they were noted by my Praetorian Oberon.

Usually I would just secretly investigate and ignore them afterwards after infiltrating their society and gathering all of their knowledge.
