"I really don't understand why you believe they have no information." I said, exasperated by the last hour of the meeting we were in.

"I have no choice but to believe them." Namjoon responded, equally as exasperated. "What evidence do I have that says otherwise."

"You don't just accept that answer." I rebutted. "You accuse them of not telling you the full story. You push back and ask to see what they have done to investigate themselves. You don't just take their word. When have we ever been able to fully trust humans?"

"I get what you are saying, but that's just not how these things are done." Yoongi said in a soft voice, finally speaking up for the first time since we had all been here.

"Why?" I asked him, making him look over to Namjoon. "Am I the only one here thinking that there is something they aren't sharing?" I asked the room.

Jin looked uncomfortable and Jungkook gave me a sad smile. "I don't fully trust them either Luna, but we cant demand anything from them."

"I'm not saying to demand-"

"But you are." Namoon interrupted. "If there is something more they are clearly not going to tell us."

I paused. "So you DO think there is something they are hiding?" I asked him.

He regarded me cautiously. "I think they are telling us as much as they can. Which means we have to take what they can give us and move from there."

"That is such bullshit. If there is information we don't know, then we need to find it out. We need to know what they know so we can protect our people."

"I am doing everything in my ability to do that." Namjoon said, his voice louder this time, but not quite a yell. "Do you think I have not been trying to figure out what I don't know, or what I'm missing. These are my people that are suffering and in danger due to the humans actions. Do you think I'm just rolling over.?"

"Right now it really seams that way." I spat, unable to hold back. The room was quiet again, and I know that what I said was disrespectful. I covered my face and took a deep breath before speaking again. "No. I don't think that's what you are doing, but there has to be something we can do."

"What do you suggest?" He asked, clearly forgiving my outburst.

"Let me come with you." I said.

"No." Yoongi said from next to me.

I turned to him, both Tae, and I giving him the same confused look. "What do you mean?" I asked.

"You haven't been there in the last meetings, and right now your emotions are driving you more than your logic. You have not proved to anyone that you wont lash out to them like you just did to Joon. And if you do, then it can tarnish any relationship that we have been able to develop. We cant risk them shutting us out completely."

"You actually think I would be unable to compose myself?" I asked him.

"I think you're doing nothing right now to make a case for yourself."

I was shocked. I thought Yoongi would agree to have me go. For at least the point to show me how difficult the sheriff was being. But I did not expect him to completely say 'no' do this.

I looked around the room until my eyes landed on Jin. He was a reasonable person, and unbiased. "What do you think?"

"I'm not against the idea of you going." He said slowly. "But, Yoongi is right. In this moment you're not really doing anything for yourself to prove you wont lash out."

"Because right now I'm talking to my brothers and my mate." I defended myself. "I don't have to hod back. But have I ever done this to anyone in the pack during our other meetings. Any disciplinary actions. What about when Daesung tried to mount me at the lake during one of my night swims. I didn't lash out at him."
