Namjoon didn't waist any time. After we had moved him to the main house he contacted the Nomads that we were going to have a meeting with them about the terms of their stay. We were in the small conference room on the main floor of the house and I was to the right of Namjoon, Jin on his left. Taehyung sat next to me, Jungkook next to Jin and Jimin at the far end. There were two spots on each side of the table for the nomads to sit. Once we were all waiting on them, there was a light knock on the door.

The first one who stepped in smiled warmly at the table giving us all a light waive. He rounded the table sitting next to Taehyung. He was tall, about the same height as Jin, with dark hair and very toned arms. His brother came in behind him and I felt my insides twist. He was about the same height as I was, perhaps a tad taller. He walked with purpose, and he politly bowed as he made his way to his seat. He had dark hair, same as his brother, his eyes beautifully dark. When he sat at the table, there was a brief moment where our eyes locked, and I couldn't help but smile at him.

He smiled back, giving me another polite nod. That's when Namjoon started the meeting.

"Yoongi, Hoseok, these are my closest advisors. My sister, Luna, my two brothers, Jin and Taehyung, Jungkook, and Jimin there at the end. I have told them briefly of your situation and why we are here. If you don't mind, I'd like to open up the conversation regarding your stay with us."

"Of course. I'm Hosoek by the way." The first one introduced. "Thank you for considering us and taking the time to talk with us. We understand that our situation is rather unusual."

"That's an understatement don't you think?" Jungkook asked. I looked over to him, and somehow, I knew that he would be the one to ask the hard questions. "Namjoon says that you broke from your pack. Why?"

"There were some differences in opinions on how regulations were carried out." Yoongi replied, his deep voice giving me chills.

"Can you give us more details on that?" Jin asked.

"We were always taught that our place in the world was to protect those we cared about. Because of our special abilities as shapeshifters that we had a duty to our pack and those we loved to keep them safe. We do that with the attempt to not do harm to others. When our parents passed, the Alpha Leader in charge stepped down due to injury. When his son stepped in as the new Alpha Leader, those values were forgotten. There was a lot of disagreement among the pack. Decisions made by fighting rings, sometimes to the death. There were even occasions of human murders, accidental or not, that went without consequences or justice for the human life that was taken." Yoongi spoke strongly, matter of fact, as if he was a Leader himself. "That is not the kind of value we have on our lives. We decided to leave when the Leaders brother killed a hunter instead of bringing him forward for interrogation. We no longer wanted to be part of it."

"Not to mention that these actions were putting our pack in danger." Hoseok added. "The humans suspected our community of the accidents that had happened and my brother and I were unsure of whether or not the accidents were truly accidents. We understand closing ranks and watching out for our own when it comes to human affairs. However these circumstances were never addressed properly."

We all sat there in a bit of silence, shocked at what we were hearing. Our kind is normally gentle. Territorial, yes. Overly protective, yes. But gentle and peaceful all the same.

Namjoon responded first. "You're telling me there is a pack out there that doesn't govern the actions of it's members?"

"Yes." Yoongi replied. "And Hosoek and I wanted no part of it. We had rather been Nomads living in the human world than to be part of a pack so trival."
