(Ellie's POV)
I awoke to the smell of bacon cooking in the kitchen.
I looked around and saw everyone still lying asleep. I strained my neck, but couldn't see Joe.
Seconds later I felt two arms wrapping round my waist and a kiss landed on my neck.
"Hey babe," he buried his nose into my hair.
Hey," I kissed him, and held up my arms.
He sighed, but helped me up.
We stumbled to the kitchen, where Alfie was stood making toast and Zoe was frying bacon.
"Hey Zo!" I ran to her and hugged her.
She hugged me back, "hey El," she ruffled my hair.
Joe stood, scraping his shoe against the floor and avoiding Alfie's stare. I hope them two have made up about whatever they fell out about.
"Hey Zoe, I'm just gonna take Ellie upstairs for a bit. Call us when it's ready, thanks," he dragged me out of the kitchen.
"No sex in my house!" Zoe yelled after us, and we heard Alfie's distinctive cackle.
We both sighed, then laughed.
He grabbed my hand and pulled me into Joe's old room, the spare room that Zoe had converted in case Joe or their dad or anyone really needed to stay.
I climbed on the end, and Joe locked the door.
"Joe?" I whispered.
"Yes baby?" He answered, cupping my chin in his hands.
"I love you,"
"I love you."
He then wrestled me onto my back and began kissing the other side of my neck.
"Joe!" I pushed him off and he landed on his bottom on the floor.
"Ow."
"Joe! Look after your girlfriend!" Zoe joked from downstairs.
"It wasn't me! It was Ellie!" He yelled.
I giggled.
Alfie then knocked on the door and I climbed off the bed and opened the door.
He burst out laughing when he saw Joe sat on the floor rubbing his bottom and groaning. He quickly snapped a photo and uploaded it to Instagram.
"You bitch," he mumbled, standing up, using the bed as support. I laughed and took a video of him trying to stand up. I posted it on snapchat.
"You two are bullies," Joe gritted his teeth and went downstairs with Zoe to get away from us.
Alfie and I collapsed on the bed, crying with laughter. I showed him the video I took and he cackled. We heard Joe complaining to Zoe downstairs and then heard Zoe laughing.
Alfie and I made our way down to see everyone sat in the living room, laughing and seeing a grumpy looking Joe sat in a sulk on the sofa. I hopped onto his lap and kissed his nose. He smiled slightly.
I then sat down with the others and showed them the video that I posted on snapchat. Everyone cried with laughter.
Joe stood up and went out the room to help Zoe set the table for breakfast.
I felt my phone vibrate in my pocket. I unlocked it and saw a text from Joe.'Got something to tell you over breakfast, hurry x'
I replied to it and made my way to the hall. I saw a letter flutter through the letterbox. I read my name on the front.
I frowned.
I sat down on the top step of the stairs, and opened it. I read it with shock.
"Zoe!" I called anxiously.
"Ellie, I'm doing breakfast, are you coming?"
"Zoe, Come here a second,"
She came to sit next to me and I showed her the letter.
"Oh my god," she whispered, "what are you going to do?"
