Dorm sorting

In another room where most people were gathered, the last student within the room was sorted into a dorm. There were seven dorms in total, and the respected dorm leaders were talking to their new students.

A red-haired male named Riddle Rosehearts, Heartsybul's dorm leader, looked at his new students with a pleased stare. "We're done with orientation and dorm assignments? All right, new students of Heartslabyul House, I am the law. Break the rules, and it's off with your head!" He shouted at them.

Next to him was a lion man, the dorm leader of Savanaclaw. His name was Leona Kingscholar. He yawned tiredly without caring about the world as he lazily stared at the newcomers. "Well, that ceremony was as boring as ever. I'm going back to the dorm. If you're in Savanaclaw House, follow me." He mumbled a bit as he was getting ready to leave.

Meanwhile, a very shady male with glasses smiled very ominously. He was pleased by his new students and hid his dangerous intentions as he welcomed them. His name was AzulAshengrotto-dorm, and he was the leader of Octavinelle. "New students! Allow me to be the first to congratulate you on your achievement. As dorm leader of Octavinelle House, I am honored to have the opportunity to support you in what I hope will be a fulfilling campus experience." He said, smiling at all of them.

It then passed on to a handsome male. His name was Vil Schoenheit, and he was the dorm leader of Pomfiore. He looked at his new students as if judging their appearance. Some he was pleased with, but others not so much as he would have to work on them. His attention soon shifted to where their so-called headmaster originally was. Considering how long he's gone. He was a little "worried". Let me rephrase. He wasn't worried about where the headmaster was, but he had to look like a responsible dorm leader who cared for others and the newcomers. "Hey, does anyone know where the headmage went? He disappeared midway through the ceremony..." he said.

Beside Vil was a strange device. Nobody could see what the person on the other end looked like except for hearing their voice. The person behind the device was the dorm leader of Ignihyde. His name was Idia Shroud, but few had seen him since he was a giant recluse. "Some headmage he is," he mumbled through the communication device.

Beside him was a cheerful male. He was Kalim Al Asim, the cheerful dorm leader of the fun dorm Scarabia. His energy had already made his newcomers feel welcomed by his sunshine aura. "Maybe he had a tummyache?" He said as he looked concerned.

That was when the headmaster himself slammed the door open. "Certainly not!" He yelled.

Everyone turned to him as some looked disappointed. But they took notice of two hooded people behind him and realized they missed two.
"Oh my, I didn't realize we had left some others out. How careless of me," Riddle said, disappointed in himself for not realizing.
"Ugh, who cares? Let's get this over with," Leona mumbled.
"Now, let's not be hasty, Leona. You should be happy that the new students finally showed up," Azul said to Leona, who growled at him.
"Shut it, and why should I?" Leona replied.
"They look like fun people to be in Scarabia! Don't you think so too, Jamil?!" Kalim asked his vice dorm leader, who was known as Jamil and hummed in reply.
"Hmm, maybe," Jamil said.
"I can't see their faces, but I can tell one of them is perfect for Pomfiore," Vil commented.
"Who says they would be in Pomfiore? They aren't sorted yet," Idia pointed out.
"Who knows! They might be a diamond in the rough!" Vil stated.

While the dorm leaders discussed the potential new students, Yuu and Y/n were pushed toward a vast mirror. Yuu freaked out when a face revealed itself. But Y/n stayed calm as she's seen crazier things back in Oletus Manor.
"Speak thy name," the dark mirror spoke.
"Yuu," Yuu said.
The dark mirror looked at him before responding. "I see nothing. There is nothing special about this soul. He contains no magic and, therefore, is not eligible for dorms," it said, causing Yuu to wince as his pride was crushed into rubble.

The words the mirror said caused a great commotion within the room as Crowley was stunned by what he heard. At the same time, the dorm leaders wondered why a no-magic-less student came to this school.
Y/n soon walked up to it, seeing her turn was next. "Vera Nair," she said while still using her sister's name.
However, the mirror saw through her lies and glared at her. "Speak your true name and not the one you alias with," it said.
Y/n was shocked by this as she couldn't believe a mirror found her out. However, she stayed calm and decided to reveal her actual name. A name that she hasn't gone by for many years. "Y/n Nair," she said, causing a confused expression from Yuu, who wondered why their name changed.
'Y/n? Was it not Vera?' Yuu wondered to himself
The mirror soon responded to Y/n's real name. "This one's soul is just as the previous one. She wields no magic, but she holds the properties of each dorm. She hides her true self after something terrible had happened to her. Her heart is locked, and no one knows her true self. She is fit for no dorms despite containing the said qualities of each one," it said.

This caused immense shock and murmurs to go around within the room. They were shocked by such words that the dark mirror had announced.
"Wait, he's a she?!" One person yelled in shock.
"How?! This is an all-boys school!" Another yelled.
"My worlds! Why did the Ebony Carraige bring in a woman!? In 100 years, this never happened before!" Crowley yelled in horror.
This caught Y/N's attention, and she wondered if what she heard was true. Was she seriously in an all-boys school?? She tried to deny it but found it to be the case. She saw every face as a male, and not one was a female. Gosh! Just what was her luck?!
She planned to have a serious discussion with the headmaster after this.

While the students were gossiping amongst them, the dorm leaders were shocked by what they heard. First, it was a magicless student, and now a woman?! Yet, this made some of them curious as they wondered what Y/n looked like underneath the hood, especially one beautiful male.
However, this caused Grim to get out of his restraint. "Mraww! Don't forget me! Unlike these two, I'm a male, and I have magic! Let me show you!" Grim yelled.
Yuu realized what Grim was about to do and shouted. "EVERYONE GET DOWN!!!"

As you can tell, this chapter's opening is somewhat similar to the other story, "The Copycat."
I'm lazy when it comes to recreating scenes. Lol.

But I want to ask you all a question.
I plan to change up the Ramshackle and the Mines storyline. Instead of Y/n going through all that nonsense with Ace and the Mines. I plan for Yuu to do them off-screen. Y/n would go to Sam's to find ingredients to make her perfume. She will meet both Vil and Rook, who take notice of her perfume and invite her to Pomfiore after realizing she was a perfume genius.
