"because it's your task!"

I hang up, ugh... me and my damn mouth! I looked at this city through the window... Fuck you [Jormungand] for sending me here...

This is Ingenium City, mostly known as the City of Steam Punk. West of Dozia Kingdom. Capital city of the [Crela West State]. Despite the world being highly advanced, this is the one of the only cities that kept their old interiors. Steampunk as it is, there is a lot of modern tech built into these streams, so some are made for aesthetics.

"We have arrived at the station!"

The doors open as steam gushes out, the train lets out a loud noise. I grab my suitcase and take a step outside. The brick roads, the way they use carriages and older model cars, looking around a lot of the people are wearing olden clothings, something you'd see only a noble would wear. I took a carriage ride to the far west of the city.Upon arriving at my destination, a butler from the gates walked over,

"And you are..."

"Instructor Tobias Vaughn," I showed him my ID.

The butler nods, "Ah right this way."

Walking in the front garden, the place was huge... This can truly be known as the biggest school in all of the continent.

The butler took me to an office. Inside was a woman with long white hair, her eyes were smiling, but it felt creepy...

The woman stands up from her desk, "AH! Instructor Vaughn! Welcome to Aster Academy!"

Aster Academy, the most famous, largest and prestigious academy. A lot of these kids grow up to become part of Hero organizations such as Sync Heroes, Solomon Company and Psyker. It's a pretty big deal...

I nod, "yes..."

The woman bows, "I am Chairwoman Celia Hayward, I once again welcome you to Aster. I would like to start the questioning if you do not mind."

I sat down, "Of course."

Chairwoman walked over to the sofa as she sits directly opposite of me and pulled out a sheet of papers,

"Let us start with your introduction and background?"

"Of course, I am Tobias Vaughn. I was born in Astesh East State, and had my education there. I graduated top of my class, and even had some part time teaching jobs in Solis City. Then I had a friend who was once a teacher here, and he recommended me here."

Chairwoman starts to write things down,

"Yes yes, it all matches your records, even up to Instructor Calluhan. Now, as you know, this academy has a rather diverse group of promising students, even by far coming from Valfar Continent, and that place is known for their noble heritage. So a lot of the students here are nobles with important futures. Even the students from this continent, they all have an interesting background. with their future being held in for one of the hero groups."

"Right.."

"So here's my question, are you willing to properly teach? In the past many others proposed to be a teacher, in order to gather information on the famous students in this school... I want a good normal teacher..."

I nod, "yes of course, I am passionate about teaching, and I will do my absolute best to take care of these students."

A little bit more back and forth and then the Chairwoman stood up,
