Astro groaned and frowned as he heard another person knock on his door. It the fifth time some people have asked to give them good dreams. He was getting pretty tired now especially because it was 12 in the darn morning.

Without even looking through the star peephole (his room is space themed with a glass window on top so he can see the stars), he opened the door and loudly (not too loud as to wake people up) spoke. "Who the hell is it now- oh. What're you doing here, Dandy..."

Seeing Astro angry like that, Dandy smiled awkwardly at him while whispering a quiet 'hi' before stepping into the room and sitting on the bed, hearing the door close behind him.

It was quiet for about a good minute as Astro went to sit down on the bed beside Dandy before the flower spoke up.

"Astro, you look pretty tired."

A bead of sweat appeared on Dandy's face as a tick mark appeared on the moon-themed toon's face in return. "Oh, do I? Yeah, well, it's like 12 in the gosh-darn morning, Dandicus." Astro tried his best not to sound angry but clearly failed as a look of concern flashed over Dandy's face. What time did Astro sleep every night? Did he even get sleep?

Looking to the side before darting his eyes back to Astro, he edged his hand closer to the moon and held it. "Whahahahat are you trying to do, exactly?" Astro said, his face turning red. Dandy snickered and used his free hand to cover his mouth. "What are you laughing at, ya goofy flower?!" Astro demanded, still red.

"Pffftt- it's just- your reaction is priceless! Pft- you always act like that whenever I dart in front of your face or hug you! I-it's just so funny!"

Seeing Dandy laughing like that...Astro just couldn't remain angry anymore and started smiling with him. Seems like the cure to his problems was Dandy, after all.

After another good minute of Dandy laughing, Astro spoke up.

"...Hey, uh Dandy?"

"Yeah, Astro?"

"...I like you."

Dandy slowly smiled and started chuckling again. This time more toned down.

"I like you too, Astro!"

Astro smiled at that. It was really nice hearing that even though he's probably heard it a hundred times now. Maybe even more. He just liked hearing that.

"I've already said that like a hundred times, Astro! When are you ever gonna tire of hearing it?"

Astro closed his eye and leaned on Dandy while still holding his hand.

"...never."

Dandy smiled at that as they both flopped down on the bed with Astro asleep on his side.

"I'll never tire of you Astro. Never."

Dandy closed his eyes while the stars twinkled in the night sky, the empty sound of quietness echoed through the air. A calming rendition of the classic "Claire de Lune" playing in the music box beside the bed.
