Wasted Time (Duffen, Izzaxl)

~Duff McKagan POV~

"I QUIT!" Steven yelled throwing his drumsticks at Axl as he stormed out. "GOOD BECAUSE YOU'RE FIRED!" He yelled as he flipped him off. "I QUIT ALREADY DICK." He yelled as the doors slammed shut. I glared at Axl, that's my husband and he had to go and make him quit!?

"If he quits then I quit." I said packing up my bass and walking out. "DUFF WE NEED YOU!" Axl yelled as I laughed. "Yeah you needed Steven, you're not going to find anyone better. My husband quits, I quit." I said grabbing my bass and walking out. 

~Axl Rose POV~

I broke down sobbing, it's my fault they left. I'm a terrible fucking human being and all I've done is treat them like shit. Izzy sighed packing up his guitar as I looked at him, lip trembling. "Don't go-" I said grabbing his arm as he sighed. "I'm sorry Axl. I can't keep doing this, the drugs, the lies, the cheating. We're done and I quit." He said leaving as I curled up into a ball. 

"Just go. You wanna leave too." I said looking at Slash as he frowned. "No, actually I'm not going anywhere." He said placing his hand on my shoulder as I hugged him crying hard. Me and Slash decided to release a cover version of Wasted Time by Skid Row. It was a huge hit, surprisingly as I smiled and hugged Slash.

"Thank you...for not giving up on me." I said as he smiled and ruffled my hair. "I'd never quit on you, Axl." "Hey babe, I'm home!" Vince said opening the door and dropping his bags. "BABE!" Slash screamed and ran and hugged him as he laughed. I smiled sadly as I walked off to my room, it really wasn't the same without Izzy.

"Uncle Axl?" Skylar said opening my door as I rolled over and looked at her. "Hi baby." I said as she waddled over to me as I lifted her onto the bed. She cuddled up into bed as I smiled and turned on some tv for her. 

~The next day~

I grumbled, realizing Skylar was still in the bed with me as she was asleep. I quickly ran out of bed as I threw up violently, I was praying I wasn't pregnant because Izzy just left last month, if I'm pregnant. Fuck what am I going to do!?

I heard Skylar grumbling and whining as I immediately got her out of bed as she ran to wake up her parents. I sighed and took the test anyway as I headed downstairs, placing the test in my pocket and hiding it with my shirt tucked over it. "Good morning, Axl. I made breakfast." Vince said getting me a plate as Skylar was already eating. 

"Thanks." I said eating it as Slash yoinked the test from my back pocket as I scrambled to grab it back. "Why do you have a test in your back pocket?" He asked as I grabbed it from him. "Babe leave him alone. Maybe he's actually moved on." Vince said as Slash rolled his eyes. "You don't know Ax like I do, hon. He definitely hasn't moved on." Slash said as I glared. 

"No I haven't moved on. I have been throwing up every morning the past week." I said as his eyes widened. "Are you pregnant with Izzy's baby!?" He said as Vince dropped his fork as it made a CLINK sound on the plate. I looked at the test as the color drained from my face. "AXL ANSWER ME!" Slash said grabbing my shoulders as I burst into tears. 

"SLASH!" Vince yelled slapping his hands away as he hugged me, I hugged back crying harder. Slash grabbed the phone as he called Izzy's number. "Stradlin Residence!" He answer sounding extremely drunk or high. Slash looked at Vince as he nodded, taking Skylar out of the room and putting headphones on her.

"IZZY FUCKING STRADLIN. ARE YOU HIGH OR DRUNK RIGHT NOW!? OR AT A FUCKING PARTY!? YOU SAID YOU WERE DONE WITH US ADDICTS AND NOW THAT'S WHERE YOU ARE!? ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME!? ME AND AXL HAVE BEEN BUSTING OUR ASSES OFF TO GET GUNS N ROSES BACK OFF OUR FEET AND HE IS PREGNANT WITH YOUR CHILD!" He yelled as I covered my mouth, I had never seen Slash THIS angry before.

There was silence other than Slash panting heavily. "I'm not at a party, I'm not drunk, I'm not high. Steven and Duff are just being extremely loud and I have to talk louder and you know how my voice gets when I talk louder." He said sounding calmer now as I sighed, holding my stomach. "I'm coming over." He said as Slash was about to protest but I heard the silence on the phone as he sighed hanging up.

"I heard him..." I said as Slash ran his fingers through his hair as Vince came down looked shocked. "That was really fucking hot~" He said caressing Slash's chest as I gagged a bit. "You two have fun, I'll take Skylar outside." I said as she came running downstairs in her swimsuit seeing as we have a kiddie pool in the front.

She got into the pool as she started playing with the toys, giggling. I sat in the chair next to it as I smiled, "having fun, Sky?" I said as she giggled and nodded. "Axl?" Izzy said as I looked up seeing him in his leather vest and hat as he looked so cute. "Hey..." I said holding my stomach as he frowned. He ran to me and hugged me as I was confused, he wasn't usually a hugger.

Then he started crying as I felt tears pricking my eyes as I hugged back. "I'm sorry. I never meant to leave you while you were pregnant. If only I knew!" He said crying as I rubbed his back. "Babe we both didn't know..." I said as he kissed me deeply as I kissed back. Skylar giggled at Izzy as he smiled.

"Hi Sky, look at you." He said as she splashed him. He laughed and splashed her back. "She missed you." I said as he smiled and pulled a chair to sit next to me. "I missed you~" He said as I leaned my head on his shoulder. "How are Duff and Steven." I asked as he held my hand in his. "Fine, just more time for them to gun each other." He said as I rolled my eyes. 

"I want Guns back...the original members..." I said as he smiled and caressed my face. "They want to be back too." He said as I smiled. "I'm sorry for everything. Can it go back to the way it was?" I said as he kissed me. 

"Yes, yes it can~"
